I am a newbie so asking experienced riders here - Does a bigger and heavier bike like daystar a safer bike? If so, why ? Thanks in advance.

 

i nv thought it will not be safe..

at least on expressway, sudden strong wind or super heavy vehicle pass by heavier bike will not wobble as much or lighter ones..

ultimately it about getting used to the ride...

Not sure where to post this as there is no Daystar buy-and-sell thread here.

 

I'm looking to buy a relaxed bike... so a Daystar or Phantom looks good for me.

Pakistani NUS student, now working in Singapore =) .

Im converting my own country licence next week, so will be looking to buy right after that.

My budget around 1.5k all in.

Looking for a well maintained bike, with COE for at least another 3 years (Dec 2012 or early 2013 is fine).

Every bike got it good & bad the only thing that i know Daystar is a saving bike of Petrol. :)

 

 

Ic, so other than that bigger bike would not wobble much when kena strong winds, what other advantage are there?

Bro don't quite understand what you write??? I don't find it hard in waeve thru traffic or lane split with my baby daystar. How fast you want on the pick up speed. Hehehe Bro this is a 4 stroke bike not like 2 stroke bike la. cheer :cheers::angel:

Hi guys, how expensive is changing air and oil filter and oil change at CKA for the daystar 150. I heard its quite expensive like $50 but one CKA branch told me you are paying more for quality. If want cheap also can but poorer quality?

 

Is it true ?

I should say don't ride is the best.(for u if u want to save). if u are changing or repairing ur bike outside shop is all up to u but kindly noted that u got to answer to urself if it breakdown. because outside shop got no part....
