My best guess is we can try - reason is the Aftermarket Halogens are not spec as stated. Halogens rated 30watt are veri difficult to make, so most other makers jus make them higher but state the wattage lower resulting in melting wire harness.

Thanks for the advice. Limbat service really no.1! Not only he gave me valuable advice, he also recon my batt for FREE! Now trying out the HS-H6M bulbs from korea. But what he says is true as those made in thai got no QA so dunno the rating on the bulb itself is correct. The fellow at the macpherson shop told me is 18W only when the bulb shows 35W and thus the poor quality of the bulb burnt my harness.

Remember, good things dun come cheap and cheap things are NO GOOD!

Errrrrrrrr not sure how long the CW HS-H6M will last on yr bike but if blown within 2weeks i will replace FOC. Comeby or we mail to u foc as well.......... our address & email at http://www.limbat.com.sg ................

Hi richard, I riding wave and bought 2 bulbs from you a month and 1 got blown barely after 2 weeks and got a replacement. I got a bad news.....the bulb which was replaced and also after 2 weeks, today, it blown....same position.... So is it the bulb batch problem as the other side of the bulb after a month usage still gd? Or is it the bike spec cannot tahan 2 halogen bulbs? Can I go down to ur shop this fri for a replacement? Thanks.

Yes, pls collect the other replacement from my office , jus show them the burn unit. Sorry mate for the trouble .... the funny thing is i also notice on our CBR150 thread the left side keeps blowing ........ I am now talking to the maker & they will look into this problem after the AMPA show in Taipei.

Hi richard, since you said that cbr150 also got this trend, is it got to be the honda bike that got this problem? Also since this problem is not resolve, if I change a replacement bulb and the same problem occurs in another 2 weeks time...sianz man.....u know the trouble of changing bulb for wave.....any other alternative solution as I can do with only a bulb on my bike....
