ok guys....sorry for de late reply.de scrapyard is at tractor rd.i not sure de unit no.i jus went there for de 1st time wif directions given by someone else.so i'll go visit it agn n i'll check out for u guys.there's a lot of K parts.i tink everything also hv.headlights,signal lights,tanks,forks,everything la.

i'll update agn on de exact address.

 

oh yeah...n i tink de leaking is either my engine oil or 2t.cos it doesn't dry up.wat can i do to stop de leak?cos according to de previous owner he had jus changed piston few mths back....so i guess de gaskets still new right?...or i can be wrong...any advise?

a vespa seemed unsafe coz u don have anything t grip on to. rxk doesnt seemed t have problems to me eversince e overhaul i had round april dis year.

costs quite some dollars, bt its worth e long run.

no offence to vespa owners.. but its really an un-safe ride.. when it is vintage and running on two drum brakes and with small tyres.. not to forget its slighty heavier on one side than the other.. u hit something.. u will be superman...

 

rxk is much safer.. totally agree

everybody will say different things.. i advise to stick to about 60-70 for first 1000km.. den slowly increase to 10km/h faster..

 

but if u need to go above 60-70km/h to avoid danger, please do so.. nothing is worth more than ur life..

 

use premium 2T ! dun save money on 2T.. thats the best advise i can give to u bro

I just changed my piston not too long back, for the first 500km, I went around 60km/h. Then after which I increased to 70km/h for the next 500km/h(supposedly la). I itchy backside, before 1000km I tried whacking to 85km/h then my piston got scratched a little, cos very smooth la, just changed then wanna test limit lol. Anyway now I've finished with 1000km but to play safe, I'm going another 500km on 70km/h, advice given by the chia heng fella, just to play safe. So now still 70km/h, still got 200km plus plus to go, kinda used to the slow speed leh somehow haha. Good luck with yours!

I have an extra long rear fender and I'm not using, thinking of selling it off. I'm thinking of selling it for 20 bucks but pm me and let me know la, we can discuss again and also in case you wanna know how it looks like and all.. Oh ya its chromed btw.

i might consider letting go of my brand new stock rear fender.. chrome..

 

bought at 28 going for $25 firm..

i also have an oversize front disc brake full system and might let go

(its the rainy season, please take care rxk riders.. get a better brake system)

the orginal brakes to be honest is not really efficient in the rain..

Haha no prob.. Glad you like it.. Anyway wah why you spray paint on a cold, rainy night? It'll be better if it's done during a dry hot day.. Oh well nvm la, see how the thing turn out, hopefully well yeah..

marciano...so far i haven't changed anything yet.but got plan of wat i wanna change like rear fender,either rewrap seat or buy a new one,change rims(now mine is 17"...too small.need to be 18"),rear signal lights(current one not shiny anymore),chain guard n side covers.n if possible wanna respray.
