Rastadan you didn't take the license plate number of the lorry that hit you ah? I'd be well pissed if it was me. All the effort you put on the scooter go down the drain just because of a careless driver. Can claim for the company that the lorry is working for, assuming the lorry is a company lorry.

Today 21.01.08 @ 11-35am @ Novena Square loading bay. I was hit by a lorry which are trying to reverse infront of me...Damn thing the driver didnt even see me @ the back...He reverse all the way & hit straight to my bike...without stopping...i horn n shout but he didnt hear..Atlast when me n my bike already stuck behind the lorry ,i punch the lorry side panel then he stop...Stupid driver...All he can say...: I didnt see u... reply: what the f%$k...somemore he dont want to pay my damage...fine...attitude driver...so no choice i claim insurance using my lawyer...

Now my bike in I.C.U...touch up needed to be done,paintwork..due to headlite smash,panel break,fairing smash,front mudguard smash to pieces...folk bend inside..n my heart swollen...injury...back spine slipdisc...

 

Damn sian...now no bike ...sit @ hm play with my helmets....

yes it's a company lorry. My Fiancee **** him upside dwn......and even talk to the boss of that company...but the boss say 'u claim frm the insurance la...'piss off...even dare to ask go to report police......damn kiasu company boss...

wats best way to do is, take down his plate no. den report it to idac. u can claim every single bit damaged by e lorry. U must report der on wat had really happen. Hope ure doin gd.
