what is the normal charging rate when the bike is on the move?

 

Mine is 13.1V-13.4V during cruising... but when on the low rev at ard RPM 2K (Upslope downslope), it is at 13.9-14V

 

Is my charging normal? does my rectifier & charging coil needs to be changed?

Sorry...I don't have a voltmeter installed on my bike but I believe what you stated here is base on what you read when on the move with your voltmeter. From the figure you gave compared to my experience with a mechanic doing troubleshooting on rectifier once..yours is just fine.
