the above pics is wad i intend to put on to my no. plate.

bought this from Taiwan, where a lot of taiwanese put this on their bike rear plate.

my idea is the screw it on to the Top left and right hand corner if the no. plate.

wad do u guys think?

[A] Go 7-11 go get ur favourite drinks..finish drinking..use a knife to cut off the top & buttom of the can to the height of ur suspension canister..den split the can & go round the canister..use a 3m tape or super glue to stick the can to ur canister or overlap the can..

How does the vtec works ?

I tried ramming my RPM over 7K but I dun really feel a diff.

My exhaust is original .

 

How would it feel when vtec is open ?

I did notice the endcan abit more louder..Very afraid that my Vtec spoil liao.

 

Pls advise, pros....

u will feel a burst when u changing each gear. heard from my friend's experience and the sound obviously is very loud.

go to stickers shop and get it done..tell them wat can drinks design u want...should be able to get it done..but will be more expensive than doing it from real can

(A) On our S4 VTEC bikes VTEC works by wat engine RPM we are in. On our bikes there is 4 valves per cylinder (2 intake and 2 exhaust). A low engine speed 6750rpm the second set of valve will operate giving the oooommppph.

 

For spec 1,2 and 3 (dunno about the revo coz my dad's one still running in) VTEC activates at different speed. For spec 3, 1-3 gear,VTEC opens at 6250rpm whereas 4-6 gear,it opens at 6750rpm. Basically the honda is making a bike which is fuel economy to be used for city riding as well as a high rev bike to whack.

 

However those VTEC in Honda Civics works different way that our S4,its just that the VTEC alters the valve lift and timing,it opens the valve more and longer just to let more air/fuel into the cylinders. (A)

Engage gear 1 and trottle all the way to over 7k rpm.. You should feel a sudden burst of speed and exhaust become louder..

the whole speedo assembl with circuit board would cost abt $500++, but if you just change the covers, roughly abt $50..

Yes 6.5k is too ex for a stock FW plate specII.. SpecII should be ard the range or 5-6k depend on what accessories it has..

The front one are not even warm whereas the rear ones are so hot..

Hi fellow S4s, i have a prob on my bike which bothers me for quite a while already... here goes...

 

first of all, i believe all the people here know the feeling of riding your bike with a "eroded" or "wear off" spocket... there tends to have a "delay" feeling when you open your throttle and there is a irritating "tuck" sound before your accleration comes in...

 

so.. when u have that sound and the "lack " feeling... first thing comes to your mind.... change the full set of spocket n chain... which i did...

 

but the prob still persist... the "tuck" sound and delay is still there.. so...

 

i would like to check if any one had experience this before? what the prob actually? and how to fix it????

 

i already live with this problem for at least 2 set of spocket change already...did it ince at HKL and M.world... so obveriously not the prob of spocket and workamship....
