Do anyone knows why is my 100km is @ 7K?

Most likely is your sprocket siZe is larger than stock at either front of rear.

Stock is 14t front and 47t rear if I am not wrong.

hi bro wanna ask u pros, i was cruising at 100km @ 6rpm.... decided to speed up, suddenly at 110km the rpm auto reset & the bike died off. Stop by the road shoulder & on the dashboard it says top left hand corner CHECK, red light at the bottom of it, and at riding speed my bike temp is ard 80 - 85.... is it normal?? Any of u faced this prob?? need help :)

CHECK usually means the Kill Switch is engaged. By any chance did you always turn off the bike's engine via the Kill Switch? My previous previous ride encounter like dat before and found out that the Kill Switch is the culprit coz I always turn off the bike's engine via that switch. Suspected the contact point of the Kill Switch to be not so good. Oiling it WD40 might help to make the contact points better. From that day onwards I do not dare touch the switch, only turn off key to kill the engine.

If you can possibly get the error code would be the best. Need to set the bike to dealer mode to do this.

This means confirm sprocket changed. My bike had 7% speedo error. I think most of them also have that. So not to worry it should be fine. I'm using 15T and 47T sprockets which leads to 0% speedo error.

Bro, the question is not 'not worth it' but 'are you happy with your new bike?' .. if you're then thats it! :) :)

Oh thanks man. So your's also have 0% speedo error? But thing is.. i only got 277km on 14.3L of petrol, i thought sprocket might be the culprit.

Lets pray for his safety. I remember vividly only meeting him once at Yishun dam a long time ago.

I thank god that He gave me an opportunity to pray for his recovery since this happened when I accidentally press the GSR thread...

Hi IvikaRazI, are stock sprockets 15T and 47T?

Also, if I'm buying a 2nd-hand gsr400, is there anything particular that i should check/look out for? Any advice would be deeply appreciated.

Heard now no more new gsr400 already right?
