May I enquire where I can purchase tall windshield and rear luggage rack for the GSR and also the cost of it?

 

Alternatively, I'll be grateful if anyone is dekitting and be willing to part with his/her used piece.

Windshields you can try checking out at Unique & Motoworld. Mine's a PUIG, cost $155.

Rear Luggage rack? As in the bracket for the topbox?

Hepco & Becker, GIVI & Kappa available. All costing $200plus each.

Hepco available at M-Technik. Givi at MAH perhaps. Kappa can try Unique.

Not too sure if there's any significant difference in FC since it's only end cans.

But LV's definitely bassier.

Hmm, one question though. Is there any option for usd forks for GSR 400? I've heard of people saying that one from GSX-R 400 might fit but forks from which year? Also, where do I get it and roughly how much would the cost be?

I believe its the gixxer 750 or 1k. K6 onwards. But u would have to swap the triple clamps and front wheel as well. Along with the brake calipers.

hi guys ive been scouting for a gsr400 planning to buy one before feb.

 

encounter only 2 shops tat sell gsr thus far...one is looi's moto as mentioned by someone here, 07 model wit yoshi pipe otr (plus loan interest everyting) 13.8k and one at kaki bukit (forgot the name) 08 stock bike price 10k and otr (again plus interest for 3 yr loan) is 12.5k...

 

are the following the normal range of prices im expecting to fork out for gsr400? or anyone encounter anywhere cheaper?

 

here i foolishly tot can get one for less than 10k otr hehe

if you mean 2nd hand... its ard that price inclusive of interest from loans.... usually you need to see when it was registered... if left ard 7yrs or so of coe ones.. even on forum are selling ard 10k shld be... with loans interest... abt the same still.... cheers...

but still need the original parts for skinning since moulding takes up loads of time plus the fibre cloth needs to be plenty to make it rigid if not become another china product...easily break

yup 2nd hand and i agree wit ya in regards on buying frm forum bike price 10k-11k after include road tax, transfer fee, insurance and loan interest oso same end up 12k plus minus...at least buy frm bikeshop can ask for goodies!
