hey guys...

just to double check wif u all ar...

wats ur petrol consumption like???

my 1st petrol top-up, after some calculations...

i only managed 17.6km/L leh...

or issit my riding technique???

riding technique.

on average, you should clock near 20-21 km/l.

mods done:

powerplant device, fuel injector venturis,

underseat cylindrical air filter, bassy stock cans,

super-sensitive in-built gyroscope, inertia-based accelerometer,

streamlined panniers (zero drag),

taped up wires, exposed grounding wires,

TBC mounted, custom tire pressures.

litre bikes watch out! :gun:

if u read the earlier pages i once clocked 340km before, not yet in reserve.

its riding style. for me i seldom drag the gears, plan my route, n i try to make it a point to go out earlier so i dun rush (like this still get into accident so be careful guys). also down to ur tyre pressure n stuffs too.

or maybe i tip the scales at only 59kg..less stress on the bike

rien d'autre que le max.

i tot was higher like 25-26 liddat loh...

bro, i did mention 'on average'.

if you have a more conservative riding style like mr. e_j, getting more mileage would

not be a problem.

but, if you:

- treat each red light like the the startline of the motogp

- 'cruise' on local expressways at >110km/h

- like to keep the revs above 6k rpm

- do more city riding, i.e stop/go

you'll tend to have a higher level of fuel consumption.

however, if it will make you feel any better, suzuki did claim that this bike can achieve

35.5km/l, provided your speed is constant at 60km/h.

anyway i jus got back from the bike shop..my bike will be out maybe in a week's time..but still have to wait for the engine plastic cover n headlight..so at the moment the bike shop is temporarily fixing a rxz saitao so my bike can move on the road (which i guess will be very ugly, but no choice).

but on my way back i saw a super 4 with a suzuki raider headlight..hmm not bad also.. :cheeky:
