maybe i said the wrong words, u can run start ur bike, but its not advisable...since u said its wrong, go ahead and try run start a few times MR KAOZIE ... Here we share informations, its not advisable for u to say wrong or right...try have an open conversation for awhile, its a gd thing to do so ......maybe ur too 'powDerful' to have that kind of open conversations with others....

Have a nice day kaozie...

here's an advice from the other forums people in 2004, they passed the msged to me at that yr...here we neither create enemies nor rejecting people...here, we share informations....u cant say wrong when u havent even experienced it before...

BTW do u know what kind of electrical loop a car have?? U dont?? wow, do some reading man....

Hmmm

I maybe wrong...but in my opinion this forum is to share some of the consent that may arise from various aspect... I also strongly believe tat no one should say sumting tat may accidentally hurt others... Respecting each other is very important in our daily life...

For me, when someone voice out his opinion on sumting not in my field, i will accept it as long as it dont create any harm to myself...

Just like EFI 1/3 of Fuel.... Not advisable to push start.... etc

If i'm saying tat the bike shop want to chop me, he can easily chop me when i'm using carburettor bike... but i dont see anything like tat

If i'm saying tat EFI cannot push start cause it definately will spoilt the bike... then i will maybe wrong cause i myself havent experience dat b4

Hence theres no absolute RIGHT or WRONG... all based on personal experienced or through other experience...

Let us be sincerely open....

denverdino>>> if you can't attach the picture, its probably too big (>512kb).

so either you:

a) resize the picture, either physical size or changing to another format

b) upload on imageshack & post here as an image

:goodluck:

dzal>>> don't take offence ok, i'm sure kaozie is not trying to be difficult. maybe he

accidentally drank some kerosene or engine oil recently. he actually knows quite a fair bit

about engines and mechanics being a technician himself so i dare say he's been making

qualified statements so far.

kaozie>>> i think, when you say someone is incorrect, you owe that person an

explanation at least. if not a lengthy one, at least point out where he went wrong so we

can all learn something.

i'm sure you didn't say 'wrong' just for the sake of it right.. :box:

i mean, when you post something, i'm sure we all know that it's much easier to be

misinterpreted because we don't hear the tone & see the facial expression related to

the speech. so, allowing the other the benefit of doubt is very important.

next meet up, hold hands and group hug ok!! :cheer:

mods done:

powerplant device, fuel injector venturis,

underseat cylindrical air filter, bassy stock cans,

super-sensitive in-built gyroscope, inertia-based accelerometer,

streamlined panniers (zero drag),

taped up wires, exposed grounding wires,

TBC mounted, custom tire pressures.

BTW do u know what kind of electrical loop a car have?? U dont?? wow, do some reading man....

its not a case of making enemies or rejecting ppl... if you dun know, just keep quiet...

you dun have to teach others the wrong stuff, if in doubt, you can always ask... thats the purpose of this forum, sharing...

for your info, push starting is not a problem to any bike, do you think GP bikes got electric starter or kick starter???

i won't say that you're wrong without a purpose...

Have a nice day yourself too...

anyone knows how our bike reads speed?

is it from a mechanical device or does the computer calculate based on rpms & gear?

asking because i want to know how my speedo will be affected if i decide to change

my sprocket teeth ratios..

and does anyone have a pair of rear signal lights for sale?

or if you know how much they cost, that'd be good too..

not to mention who la. they are always smelly. they agree to give written agreement. jus hope for the best!! i think they will not play me out, its my 3rd bike with them liao. of cos do have bad experience b4.

mine is 13500 OTR. note that insurance from allianz, 600+ cannot add sub rider.

so far still Loois is the cheapest!!! buy from AM cos they take in my wave high and also nearer to my work place.

so u got the written agreement?? n do check ur logcard which LTA will send u, check if the colour is red or blue... by then when they dun wanna change, bring up to CASE. the agreement got company stamp??

so for whether EFI bikes can push start depends on situation. of cos with every possibilities, we wun wanna push start our bike unless really no choice...

for carb or EFI designed bikes, its not designed to push start as they may spoil certain components of the bike. but to push start the bike, certain criteria must b met rite??

we all want to know for certain if EFI bikes can b pushed start if need b. not to get into quarrels... any doubts or imputs is welcomed. will verify them as time goes by...

i push start mine a number of times liao...

all bikes(EFIs or carbs) can be push started(won't spoil any of your components)... so long as your batt is not totally flat(in this case you need to push longer)...
