I know the avg consumption for the Gsr6 is 15-17km/l.

How about the 400s? im curious to find out before i decide between 600 or the 400. Im 21, how much will the TPFT cost for 600 and 400?

I need a rough estimation so that i can calculate OTR prices so that i wont kena chop. Heh

Thanks guys~

400 FC anywhere from 19-24+ km/l, depending on the rider.

for insurance, i think it's best you get direct from the insurance companies.

mods done:

powerplant device, fuel injector venturis,

underseat cylindrical air filter, bassy stock cans,

super-sensitive in-built gyroscope, inertia-based accelerometer,

streamlined panniers (zero drag),

taped up wires, exposed grounding wires,

TBC mounted, custom tire pressures.

litre bikes watch out! :gun:

Yo guys... Very sorry for the wrong calculation at the 4th one...

But i think the one that i did (After the correction) is more accurate TO ME compare using by the bar... cause sometimes it start to blink even if u in straight position... but once u move it stop to blink...

Anyway... both ways actually correct.. and what wilcard suggested is the 1st method that i tried before i switched to the second one...

Thank you very very much for the correction and the sharing ideas & inputs... :thumb:

I usually calculate the FC by pumping full tank to a certain set level... for example just touching the lower part of the brim. Then reset the trip meter to zero. Just travel until it goes to 1 or 2 bars then pump the petrol back to the same level as before. If you want can also use until left reserve before pumping agian... So just divide the milage on the trip meter by the amount of petrol pumped and thats your FC. So far its been giving me rather consistant results.

For the 400, I'm averaging about 21km/l if my calculations are not wrong. I was 22 when I bought the bike and I paid 13.8k OTR. Didn't really care how much the insurance cost though. :cheeky:

cheap...

but like everyone here says (or what I used to tell everyone), dont just buy because the OTR is much cheaper than other bike shops. if i'm not wrong, asphoon's interest is 5% per annum. thats what they told me when i was enquiring about the fz1s the other day.

rien d'autre que le max.

13k otr is cheap, last few day i went to Loois motor,$13,800 otr with 1st party AXA insurance.annual interest 5%.i am 24 yrs old.maybe i should go down to asphoon.

Posted

If you can get $13k OTR with 1st party insurance and loan at 4%pa. That will be the most ideal deal.

anyway, i miss wildcard.

Just to clarify what is OTR price. The interest they charged for loan and trade in does not play a part in OTR price. For e.g ur deal

Machine price: $13500

Insurance: $700

Add other charges ?

Total of the 3 items =OTR Price

anyway, i miss wildcard.
