regarding this upcoming SBF anni, i think those interested just include their name at the list provided by andy. if compile here n there will b in a big mess...

 

then if wanna go in group, just gather those who had imput their names in the main list, create a sub-list over here, then decide whether to go together.

 

personally, i'm not so keen cos too many bikes already...

Yesterday noon after riding in the rain to work, night time when after work, after moving off and stop at the red light, I look into my rear mirror , how come so smokey ,it was very obvious as there was a car just behind me with headlight shining towards my back , then realise its coming from my exhaust like those 2T bike, should be water vapour right? After few mins of riding , smoke no more liao.

don't worry about it.

 

f-ing cool though.

mods done:

powerplant device, fuel injector venturis,

underseat cylindrical air filter, bassy stock cans,

super-sensitive in-built gyroscope, inertia-based accelerometer,

streamlined panniers (zero drag),

taped up wires, exposed grounding wires,

TBC mounted, custom tire pressures.

White smoke is steam/water vapour. When the engine is cold you'll get this, loads of it on a cold day. Don't worry about it. Black smoke shows and over-rich fuel mixture. Suspect an incorrect carburettor set-up, blocked air filter or a choke stuck on. It's unlikely on fuel-injected bike. Blue smokes is oil smoke. If it happens on start-up then clears, it's probably worn valve stem seals. If it happens all the time, it's worn rings or bores. Or you're on a two-stroke.

anyone here changed to white light for the headlight?will our headlight melt?

 

changing to the same wattage should be no problem... i've been using white light for over a month so far no problem
