GSR Johor Supper Trip

Date: 2nd May (Fri)

Time: Approx. 9pm move off to 2nd Link

Assembly location: Jurong BirdPark carpark

Participants (select date) - contact no.:

1. WildCard (Either date is ok) - 94376964

2. Motofreak (Can only make it on friday :cry: . Got kenduri wed nite.. BUGGER!! I hate it when they plan plan never tell me... Going wif my partner..)

3. Dinie (2nd May. 30th April got guard duty so cannot.) - 91858701

4. Ivikarazi (2nd May) - Prefer to remain anonymous. But if fly aeroplane, will ream a new lobang

5. FZSs (Prefers 2nd May... Cos gonna have a long day on Thurs)

6. realdean w/rozie (prefer Wed as Thur not working...Sat working, but frens' sake Fri also ON :angel: )

7. Helmy23( 2nd May...Thurs having picnic at East Coast)

8. Supersonic (n frenz) (pending a bit on WAG's health)

9. AhGui (Will clear carbon on the causeway)

10. Misbs7(if no short coming)

11. flareon1982 2nd May (Go slow than i go)

12. skateboy (provided not tired down by work)

13. swoosh and company (eat full nothing to do 12 see ppl race)

 

I have set the meeting place as Jurong BirdPark carpark.

After 8pm, the place can be used to meet up.

 

Please be there before 9pm.

9pm moving means the group is moving off at 9pm, not meeting up at 9pm.

Anyone late, have to belanja the whole group drinks.

 

Attached is the map of the location. Please use http://www.can.com.sg or Google Maps if you're not sure of the way to go there.

 

For those who are not sure of the travelling speed, it will be moderate to accomodate guests on smaller bikes, new riders as well as those running-in.

The distance is about 25km from Jurong BirdPark, the same distance from, say Pasir Ris to Suntec City by ECP.

 

If, for whatsoever reason, the makan place is closed (I pray hope not), there is an alternative makan-place across the road in the same GP town. Parking space will also be ample and next to the seating area.

So no worries.

 

The toll needed to be paid is:

Singapore Customs - $0.70 x 2 (go in and return)

M'sia Customs - RM1.60 or about $0.70 also x 2 (go in and return)

Cashcard for Singapore side and cash for M'sia side.

Please change ample cash before meeting up.

Those who have Touch 'N' Go cards can be used.

 

Cash for the makan is estimated $10 per person if really ordering a lot. But I dun think we will spend that much la.[/

anyway, i miss wildcard.

No lah just tot i saw sum1 like u pass by on opposite road. Mjd Tentera out of my way. And kinda crowded.. I like small serene mosque's

Guys there will be one organisation on the east side that will be running blood donation drive in collabration with Singapore red cross this coming Sunday from 10am to 4pm...

 

I will be there but just for 1 hour then rush down to my class down at Orchard.

 

I thought it will be great if u all have the time and go together as a group to pledge for it... However there will be no media...

 

So what u all say?

$180 for d.i.d x ring n some italian brand sprocket.. same size as the stock.

$180 for scott oiler with installation.

 

worth it?

Understand the need for speed. You need to use reflective batons and vests...later cannot see the points to turn.

 

Most likely i will be marker la... frm the second link custom turn out... i will be waiting..... after pay toll :)

The price for the chain n sprockets same as i got. can bargain some more for the oiler

Looks like the air between gelang patah customs and singapore customs is filled with carbon today....:cheeky:

The moment i reach the singapore checkpoint, the immigration officers check my passport and motorbike, open up my seat and check inside.. When i reach home, i kena screened by the police at the road block..They must have know I was riding at 135km/h at 2nd link..:angry: :angry:

I think they see you were riding too slow at 2nd link... They thought must have contrabands you wanna hide... too suspicious... need to be faster next time...:cheeky:

alamak motofreak.. ur the one recording ah? next time mus give warning first lar. i was riding at ah pek speed while the rest trying top speed. i malu the others and spoil ur video only.. lol. but nonetheless, awesome outing man! din expect the turnout to be so big. bloody got 13 names on the list then suddenly become 20 plus. the rest all stealth fighters. mus have more msian outings. and thanks to wildcard for organizing. looking forward to more!
