All classic scooterists regardless of whatever are welcome... We can use it as a place to organise events... share pics... talk male chicken etc... All free... and much fun...

y**... get yourself a facebook profile... they're handy for keeping in touch with people you know... esp those you're not normally in conctact with... I've restablished contact with almost 20 people I haven't seen in ages... much fun seeing how people change and yet stay the same

I reckon they're simmilar... I like the way facebook allows you to join gro**s and organise events and then host photos after... all neat and tidy... nice.

In facebook only people who you are your friends can see your personal pics. Furthermore, you can limit access within your gro** of friends, so that only your close friends can see your detailed profile, and acquaintances see a limited one... Pretty neat...

 

Privacy needn't be an issue....

3k for a Bajaj Chetak... what's the condition like? Can't really say if its a bad bad price without knowing that....

Old Bajaj Chetaks are essentially the same as either a Vespa Sprint, or a Vespa S**er... can't remember which.... maybe both.... Newer Chetaks are based on the PX body.

 

Generally a Chetak is not worth as much as a Sprint/S**er... but apart from the badge there's hardly any difference between them...

i dun even noe the condition... looks like s**er or sprint but it is a bajaj chetak... fc plate... the person also said that the body is 100% stock... but how come it is like s**er or sprint???

Because Bajaj made Vespas for Piaggio under licence before,.. When the agreement ended Bajaj kind of kept on making them anyway... just the same kind of arrangement that Dan Motors in Indonesia had...

 

FC is ok, since the Indians continued making the old design after the Italians had stopped... not sure when Bajaj started making PX clones instead....

 

Get pics and post here.... the condition and number and quality of accessories may warrant the price asked...

 

Also ask about engine condition.. date of last rebuild... history of problems, accidents etc..

YAY!!!!!!!!!!! i passed! Finally!! only 2 bloody pts!!! far cry from the 38 i got the last time. ok. What do i do now? i've got a laid ** vespa WAITING for me to ride it. I must get insurance and send it for inspection right? The vespa has a faulty light signal light, will it pass inspection??
