Oh and Cephelix... was thinking about exhausts on my way home... how about trying the Sito+ ... a much cheaper option than the Scorpion..

cep > sito plus does add some extra power but wont be as good as scorpion of course, the maiin disadvantage of thr sito plus is that when u do a left conering, the exhaust will most likely hit the road, means u cant corner that low .... would recomend u to save a little more and get a scorpion instead bro

Yeah... its a tough call...

 

Agree with Vigano that the sito has been known to ground (this is less of a problem on a px than it is on a sprint/super) and that the Scorpion definitely makes more power...

 

The Sito is also known to rust out (like a stock exhaust) quick due to being made from thinner gauge metal...

 

However, the power it does make, it makes low in the rev range (unlike the scorpion which is somewhat of a dog until it gets into the powerband)... This low end grunt makes the Sito+ a very torquey pipe... Plus they're cheap

 

Decisions decisions...

 

I love the Scorpion... and find that used with a Pinasco (already a torquey kit) the lack of low-end unmph is less noticable that I'd imagine it would be with a Malossi kit...

Ehlo all scooterist....been a long time (last login in june!)....miss the meetup yesterday as I had a bball tournament....

it was raining cats and dogs yesterday....and for the past 2-3days....

sharpey > ur exhaust looks very near to the ground and very close to your rear tyre.Is it like that with the scorpion or can it be adjusted so it sits higher and further away from the tyre??

hey guys..was great seeing you guys and gals yesterday, especially my fellow lady riders like peggy jie and kym and people like edward, azhar, norman, ahqi, alvin and kenny whom i have either never met before or have yet to carry out a decent conversation with up to yesterday.

 

and it was really nice to finally get to see u again james..after a good half year or so..was good to see you looking so well and happy..guess most of the credit has to go to your cute little bundle of joy eh?

 

we should have more chill out/get-to-know each other/scooter-talk meet ups such as yesterday's..just maybe not at casuarina where seating tends to be somewhat of a problem for groups larger than 10-12.
