sg license on a msia car ?

was wondering is it legal for a singaporean driver to drive on a msia car on a singapore road ?

 

eg like a msian relatives drives out to sg. am i able to drive their car ??

Sorry, I mean Singaporean drive Malaysian registered car in Malaysia. I was told by my Malaysian friends that the insurance company only covers 50%(roughly). Can anybody verify this? As for Singapore registered car, I remember reading a cover note saying that if the car is driven outside singapore they only have 3rd party coverage. Can't remember which insurance company tho. Mine now under AIG, tomoro I go read the cover note..
