Since revo is new EFI model and doesnt have carb.. can we still use the fuel charger or magnetic balls which claim can give better fc and slightly higher HP..

I use STP gas treatment, octane booster and fuel system cleaner once a month respectively, nv really notice about the FC but throttle response is alot smoother

hey bro, how u used it huh? before filling up petrol, u fill it with fuel system cleaner is it?

yes, correct. for me is i pour in the fuel cleaner and pump petrol.

Do i have to pour the whole bottle of STP Gas Treatment before filling up my tank? Or just half of the bottle?

 

individual preference, for me is I pour 1/4 bottle then i can use 4 times :D

Guys, any one of you got do repair works on your bikes @ Boon Siew? I left my bike there today and later realized the charges are really really sky high... Don't want to mention anything here but any one got experience? Mine bo warranty also... i was scared to give some random shop to work on my bike as I'm afraid they might screw it up more as it's the electronics are the one giving problem... :(

Combine Motors @ Sin Ming Autocare will do a gd job. I have recommended a few guys there who are very satisfied with the works done there...

Good afternoon guys. Just picked up my bike from Boon Siew. Apparently my pulse generator assembly and starter gasket were replaced. That's what has been causing the pgm fi lights to remain on. This is what boon siew told me la... I not even sure what a pulse generator assembly is also... Need to go google. Damage is $140 including $60 for labour.

 

Learned a valuable lesson today. Esp for Revo riders, when the PGM-FI or orange light flickers or does not turn off, there are a 1000 different problems which may have caused it. Damages can be very very heavy even if its a new or old bike. Best is service the solve the problem before it becomes bigger and more costly... ;D

Er... The causes for the orange light to flicker... Like oil filter did not tighten properly or part of it cracked... The mech explained a bit as he could not speak fluent English... :cheeky:

 

But then again I maybe wrong to say a 1000. There are more bros here who are technically more inclined than me... Bro Fazli and SparkerS1 and more... :D

FC for me is around 20-23km/L depending on riding style/condition.

Max speed is the same for all S4 wifout bypassing the rev limit, 180km/L if u really open throttle max.

 

Can recommend u Asphoon at serangoon, bike productions or ban hon AMK.

Pricing currently should be around $16k++ machine price
