Normal riding in SG should not be lower than 13.8. If the battery is weak do to many stop start within a few hours, it may go down to 13.5 as your battery is being charged.

 

13.2 is a sign that your battery is dying already. If it's more than 2 years old, its time to replace it. If your battery is new then it may mean that your rectifier or magnet coil may be failing.

 

So, how can you be sure? Ask your friendly mech to put in a good battery to test. They usually have a good spare one lying around. If the voltage reads 14.0-14.2v after about 2mins of idling, then the rectifier and coil is good. Change the battery.

 

If you live in the east, you might want to borrow my charger to see if the battery can still be rescued. PM me your HP number if you're interested.

IU unit should be included as it's "on the road" price.

If you say ASP's price is $19,900, the difference is $1,843. Just pay me $1,000 lah, I'll give you the box, raincoat (can give you 2 sets also!) and crashbar. I'll also throw in a set of stella horns for you FOC too!

You still get the bike for $843 cheaper than from ASP. Good deal or not? LOL...

 

Do the maths a bit lah, bro. I didn't ask about those gifts but shouldn't be a problem as I got a free box and raincoats when I bought my used bike there. I had to pay for the top box rack but it's ok as the price was reasonable and they changed a number of parts FOC for me.

Maybe you got to pay $50 more for the crash bar. Re-check when you're really keen.

I don't know if you'll get a discount for full cash payment but can try. Most bike shops would like you to take their loan so they can earn the interest. So, don't expect too much discount on cash payment.

 

p/s: should definitely be cheaper as there is no agreement fee. Expect a few hundred cheaper.

Actually, even if this shop doesn't give the "free gifts" ASP offered you, for the price difference you can get for yourself all of those they offered + Leo Vince end can + stebel horns + upgraded headlight bulb. And you will still have enough money left for next year's insurance and road tax!

Greeting all i need some advise here.Currently i was riding Super4 Version S but recently my block started to leak coolant i had consult afew motorshop they advise me to scrap alot of version S starting to have this problem.I consider to change to V-tech or revo just to check they got this type of problem or not?
