Hello all ESRians,

 

As you all know, the global economy is in recession. This economic turmoil have impacted a lot of people worldwide and locally as well which in turn affect the amount of money donated to charitable organisations who are helping the poor, the old, the orphans and the handicapped. Times are really bad now.

 

Year after year, we have often talked about organising charitable events which din't bear fruit in the end. However, I will still like to take the initiative to organise some events for our group to participate in and enjoy the pleasures of giving and caring for the less fortunate people, spread some warmth and love around. (Details will be out soon. I am now working on something.)

 

With Xmas coming, I know there is going to be many merry making and parties to attend. Please be mindful not to drink and drive/ride. Be careful on the road as it is now the rainy season. Despite the recession, rejoice and be contented with whatever we still have, our health, families, friends, loved ones, etc..

 

Life is short, work hard, play hard and love hard...

 

Give within your limits to charitable organisations this season...

My baby is the one who sat all of them now...

 

I see how lah this weekend, actually my friend is away for 3 weeks liao and his Evo really parked stationery all this time at his carpark, damn wasteful sia! I will 'borrow' it for a weekend drive and help him do a car wash, make his Evo clean clean when he gets back 2 weeks later...

But seriously, such cars are not to be driven by the faint hearted, basket engine keep vibrating until I giddy sia...
