1st welcome to the Swift club

 

manual swift sport top speed i heard before was 210.

 

regarding the HU, i did some research on it, in order to use back the steering wheel control u will have to get back the same brand, Clarion. (i might be wrong)

 

i bought mine from CM and i had encounter a few defect on this car. (maybe wait till u got your snowy then i tell u more about it) there is a guy in the forum used to bring in the usb cable for our original clarion hu, dunno if he still have any stock.

 

alot of the swift member are using the D cruise airbox mod, i am thinking of getting this also. (i will share with u when we got a chance to meet up)

 

as for now i dun plan to mod anything yet, but i quite like the sound of sunline exhaust. maybe i will do the d cruise airbox mod plus hks drop in filter. then change the brake pad. also thinking of getting bc coilover as is cheaper compare to other coilover. as for the stock tires, is consider quite a good tires for street driving, grip on wet and dry also quite good, if u plan to sell the tires let me know, 1 of the guy which i got to know from the forum are looking for 2nd hand stock tires,.

haiyo... given my previous near-death experience. i dun tink i wana find out wat the top speed of the SSS. bought it coz its a zippy car good for local traffic. coupled with the 6 airbags (trust me, curtain airbags are a must), cute look and relatively affordable price, i tink its the best option for me....

 

alamak. SSS got defect one arh.... i thot jip-pun-chia wun haf such things one. haiz....

 

this airbox mod. is it a hybrid btw drop-in and open pod? my vios oso had an airbox mod. basically i retained my airbox but cut out the paper filter. then route the intake to cooler area with a simota carbon charger open-pod enclosed in a cylinder.... no drop in low-end, slight improvement in mid-end for me although most say high end got improve.

 

yes. i haf an account in swiftclub.sg.... basically went in to find out which SE gives the highest undertable rebate. havent really got the time to explore the rest of the forum.

not to worry about the defect, it wont affect your driving i believe u will love the car as much as i do. is really a fun car to drive.

u can still use ur carbon charger but take note of the length of the piping... there is a format to follow...

u can still use ur carbon charger but take note of the length of the piping... there is a format to follow...
