hi all, just to check with you guys, my bike cant electric start right now. only can kick start.last mth i went to bike shop, they told me low batt so i just change it. but now the problem persist. what could be the problem? thanks

Hi bro, if i kick start and ride for 5mins, the electric starter works again. in this case, is it the electric starter fault?

Low batt again. Since you changed batt it wont be the problem but your charging system. Which is either rectifier or stator coil problem.

there is no deny changing better cdi but do note the cons...

our aftermarket cdi built & quality nt very conviencing...

thus break dw easily...

Spark I kana b4 & trust me on a suay day like tis + many suay factors all in...

i kana big time for the cdi & in the end use bck stock again..lol

 

Juz my 2 cents....

but for performance wise... WORTH the change

but keep yr stock cdi handy... put inside the ubox...at least anyting happen bike can't start juz change the cdi ok liao....

Rectificer very diif to spoil for cubs....

but if spoil nt cheap as many wires & electrical sys link to it...

guys, check with you all, y my engine dies off during big rain everytime especially these few days.. on hot weather no problem. don't understand why..checked on the plug and it is well plugged in and water shd not go in...

Either you dont have an airbox or your fuel/air mixture is f'up.

erm if the air n fuel ratio is f up then y only it is ok when no rain. works perfect. small rain still ok but if in big rain, it will sure goes off...my idling have been adjusted higher but still same only in big rain then dies off. my air box is still around....

air box with original air filter changed less than 2 months I still having this problem and mechanic also don't know y. y only rains then dies off. could it be my carb got hole then water condense inside during rain? ermmm maybe I think too much...

found the specs.

wave actually use only 750ml of eo.

my last top up was 900ml and it was was over the dip stick.

change my EO(1050km)

it was black....it mean the EO is working well!

Yup count mi in for de Racing CDI!!! Im searching hi and low for it. Im riding Wave R 06 model. When going fix it. Call mi or sms mi at 92378044. Chrome stuff im all in too. Looking for Chrome fork, swing arm, engine case both side and sprocket cover!!! Call mi sms mi!!!

For those who are riding wave R with front and rear disc brakes, is it possible to change the rims to those racing boy ones? Thinking of changing to 8 legged ones but its for bikes with rear drum brakes.

The CDI have 8 modes.

1-relax mode/normal cruise

8-RACING mOde.

Thats what he say.

Maybe u can chk ur rear brake light first. Last time my rear brake light always on due to my front brake sw abit stuck.
