i dont think pa2 is anything like grounding leh, it doesnt link with the rectifier or alternator.... is it like revtec whereby a device is connected to the batt??? coz got alot of diff models for pa... i never bother to try... cost vs benefit not convincing to me enuff...

 

u planning to get?

 

btw i really regret getting the revtev..... but aiyah since spent liao.. just leave it there for show..

 

I just wanted to know about revtec/power abuser kind of hype

Imo, it's all a marketing scam. :X

only PC and proper aftermarket CDI are helpful

If your Wave run by analog odometer, it should go back to oooooo.o

If your Wave run by digital odometer, bad news, must buy new meter set.

i dont noe abt pa2, but i installed revtec on my cbr... no diff i feel... maybe my butt not sensitive enuff......

 

On the litre bikes, forget it man. They r already so power, these things wont help.

Not worth to reset. Reset is about $100.

Buy new better. New @ $110 approx. :cheers:

got some problem with my wave... it does not start up well in the morning... it starts but can sustain running.. i tried the idling... does not help... is there some major servicing im missing out.. like in big bikes doing valve clearance, change cam chain and such??? sorry ah i noob...

Did u use ur choke?

 

Fuel/air mixture settings?

air filter clogged?

 

valve clearance, cam chain are NOT normal check-up that bike shops do.

I wish we have proper bike shop that do servicing by the book.

Boon Siew is NOT proper.

poor valve clearance = lost of power.

cam chain slacking = combustion timing go off if bad enough to skip a teeth - GG, valve damage, piston damage and more...(big list)

ur rear suspension is for wat bike? it has short spring....does it comes without the canister?

 

 

ur mirrors behind is it got some jap words on it? where u buy it?

 

my rear suspension for kups lo. i dunno if there's any without the canister..

 

no la.. dun hav any jap words.. it CF print.. i brought it from ah boy.. but doubt he hav it anymore..

does anyone know whether the wave X cover set can be fitted onto the old wave? or any newer version of the cover set with the signal lights at the side fairings can be used instead?

shop in angmokio says he knows how to reset but must change a dunno wat chip inside the meter have to take out and he bring somewhere else to do..

 

shop name is ah fook motor blk 5032 #01-295 amk industrial park 2

 

can pls try there and feed back as well

park beside a wave x and check the screw hole are at the same place?

 

At most they custom "drill" "force fix" lol..

i think there's alot of rewiring

But do u trust them n go there to service your CBR in the first place? o_O
