VEspa PX150 Help

My friend gave me his Vespa, after he saw me browsing over the internet for scooters. This my first "official" ride. And somewhat after my few weeks, I noticed my left arm uncomfortable after riding 30-50 minutes. Is there something wrong with my vespa? I tried to release the handle bar and it starts to wiggle some more. What could be wrong? Any advise will be appreciated! Thanks!

yr tire might be bald, yr alingment can be gone

I did changed the front tire as half (split) of the tire threads are bald. The service shop at Golden Wall Center told me it could be due to bad tire pressure. Otherwise a bad "center pin"? He didnt mention about mis-alignment. Anyways, asked my fellow bikers and said the same thing about mis alignment. How much does it cost to fix? Anyways, Thanks for the info!

the older design vespas are like that because of the "mono-fork", dont worry you will probably get used to it.
