juz put the p plate, what is there to be shy of?

i believe it will be considered your second offence, since the points for both bike and car are both affected when you are booked on either vehicle

Posted

Yes, its considered 2nd offence. No matter what classes of licence you have all are under you. Doesn't mean that you got class 2 and 3, you kena demerit points when you riding, it will not affect your class 3. All under one.

Yeah its considered 2nd time offence.. Thats why last time.. my probabtion for both bike n car during same period coz i pass both same mnth.. so i actually bought 2 sets of p plate.. :( waste money but worth it lah. rather than to get summoned or lose license.

according to my driving instructor, it's considered 2nd offence.

if its indeed such a case, maybe you can try appealing, but no 100% gurantee you will be let off.

bro m really sry 2 say that u appeal oso very small chance,as last time my p plate flew juz after i put n i din realise then got caught at roadblock n tried appealing..even got the details to where i bought it from n stuff but they rejected the appeal saying that putting p-plate is taken seriously and its 2 remind others that u r new on the road...

I find p platers who don't display their p plates or try to cover up their p plate as much as they possibly can..stupid.

They're so image conscious that they'd rather risk getting a needless fine. You're still new to the roads..not even one year. Putting a p plate lets other people know that you're still new. Don't yaya-papaya on the roads.

I think shouldnt be too much of trouble la.

Your class 2B 1 yr probation period and and your class 3 1 year probation period are mutually exclusive even thou you are down to 12 points for all your classes.

Most prob you will get the usual $70 fine + a stern warning.

learning to be a better rider.

nope. it all depends on what kinda rider you are and what bike you are riding.

would you wan to get tailgate by a vehicle because he/she sees a p-plate on your bike and purposely want to makan you? i have seen before and personally experienced it before.

no doubts about it, no shame about putting p-plate, but i have been stopped at roadblocks before, officers there didn't even wan to pull me over. whereby sp, krr, tzms and the 'hot' favourites for the officers to pull over, are all parked at the side already..

not exactly true. some riders are users of the road way before they got their license, and their road experience are somewhat longer than what you think..

my rear p-plate was off, kenna disturbed by neighbours the night before. showed him the tab that was secured below my plate and he just ask me to fix it back soon. i told him i'm actually on the way to workshop to do some stuffs. he just waved me off and off he goes..
