NX4 Falcon maybe. very tough bike. i think this is one of the few bikes that boon siew offer lifetime warranty for the engine.

The closest to a 400cc Varadero is the Honda Transalp XLV400 as it's a V-twin.

Kawasaki KLE400 is close, but it's an in-line twin. Then you have the Honda NX-4 Falcon, but that's a thumper.

 

Seriously,and honestly, in stock condition there is nothing more that a Honda Transalp XLV400 can do which a Vara125 can't.
