    Hi I am looking for at buying a ducati 749. Anyone selling? Can anyone shed some light at what to look out for in this bike, like how to tell if its regularly maintained, etc?

    me too. and if your carpark got the eps, its totally not needed. the summon people will check via your plate no. also

    jalan besar area got a lot of hardware shops. near lab, and across the road near bt21, whole stretch got. just need sometime to explore.

    if its not the eo problem, then it might be the clutch.. most prob is the friction plates i guess. or maybe using a light engine oil would help?

    sometimes we just have to give them the benefit of the doubt. Look at iPhones and they are also made in china. however, I am still skeptical.

    its very true that hiding is very tiring. sometimes after work or whatever so tired already, till need to think of reasons about what was done just before. so i suggest that it's better to let them know and do things in the open.

    Generally, check for visual damage or cover-ups due to some hidden past. Check thoroughly and take your time. If the seller got nothing to hide then he won't be afraid that you check carefully. Check for signs of wear and tear and also rust on parts like forks. Check the electronics to ensure that its working good also. IF you are unsure, ask someone experienced to go along with you.

    we as paying consumers, should make our every penny worth. If you have any questions, unsure, even the slightest where to check what, jut ask the instructors. They are obliged to help us to pass, and most of them are more than willing to do that.

    im studying part time as well and many of my classmates are working professional. so there's no issue in being "too old to study".

    it should be option 2.. many other bikes with digital speedo and no issue..

    agreed. definitely take care of the slippers first.

    it might be the clutch housing basket which holds the clutch plates. It might have went out of position and thus the grinding noise.

    is it? I dont remember seeing any 69 at his shop..
