Hey weiqi, last month or somethin i received an email notice from MIW. They said now if you go out of SG within 6 months no need apply permit liao leh. Maybe i see wrong?? Hmm.... (for NSmen/NSFs) Regular i don't know...

^illusions74^ hm...ya lor...i think maybe Regular and NSF different? hm hm...coz we bonded one..new system got one mentor(warrant officer)...my mentor I asked him the other time..if go out of SG within 24hrs need any permission? he say yes lei...hm ??? haha...

if i'm not wrong, the other time, instructions was not out..

and u still under the so call "bond" thing due to u haven complete NS..

now regulars w/out ns or nsman can just leave SG without the exit permit thingy liao..

just inform ur mentor or incharge..

Hi guys,i got some problems with my front brake area.Started after the heavy,heavy downpour on Wednesday.Now there is a sound coming from the brake area everytime i close throttle when i'm on the move.Its like the brake pad brushing against the disc.I'm using the Racing Boy Wavy Disc by the way.Its just a slight sound but it irritates me. Could the disc have warped during the heavy,heavy downpour?Cos i was constantly braking during the massive jam on the expressway.

couldnt be because of the heavy downpour ur disc is warped..maybe u could try washing ur bike esp the caliper part trying using brush.. cos if u caliper is dirty n its against ur disc sure got sound like mine.. once wash everthing went away...

 

its just my 2 cents

Dunno how legal are these sort of 'eyelids' here in sgp though... They're illegal for cars, so dunno bikes got any priviledges or not hee..

ya stroker is right... this is a gray area. u tint yr lamps illegal but u buy those lids like those on toyota corolla can but u make yr lamps smaller oso can tio... so i suggest u guys take the risk lor coz i feel that the lids not really worth the summon... if wanna do illegal i will go for dark tinting.

but wat i heard from Bplus as they were selling the tinted and scorched 2 small headlight and tail light i ask them y dun have the big headlight

they were saying its illegal to tint the main headlight but the 2 small wan is ok...

haha... u muz be crazy. if u r rich then u can do most hiong one. i poor. so cant do. aiya, in simple, s'pore everytht oso cannot. abit abit summon.

 

Small light chg colour oso tio. realli lor. as long as headlight is still white, then ok mah. small light juz for nice de mah. haiz... singapore realli "fine"

alot... actually alot of ppl change white light liao

i would say its really pretty white and bright but not sure if use for long will burn or melt the casing anot...

yah~ but any good recommendations for bulbs... no point changing to something that does not last, eats too much power or damage bike parts leh~~~

 

those who changed their bulbs, any comments to share??

heyhey...

 

ya i changed to some white light..(bluish colour bulb) some months back but just 3 days back it spoilt.

 

so i replaced it today...sien..

the alternative choices of bulbs(cheaper not so bright) also have no guarantee according to the mech as he says those also anytime might spoil..

okie, i'm gonna sound really foolish asking this but what type of bulb (meaning voltage and etc) does our spark uses...?? and what are the more common (possibly reputable "safer") brands we can choose from...??
