Kasi nie LUTUT exercise...oso get back aku pey leg muscle back lah..

Tapi stamina blum pick up lah..pasal tak bley lari..

nanti aku get try ko pey naik/trun tangga tecnique eh..

 

Pasal tuu..pointers..takpe..aku bley see2,look2 lah..

ape aku bley tangkap,aku bley pakai kan..

 

hah..ade lazer pointer lagi bagus..bley buat tunjuk all the turns in PG,maner brake markers,turn in points,exit corners yang aku dah bley picit...

kalo aku tak bley potong learn from them lah..be it Yammy,Suzy or Kawi's...:thumb:

pelan pelan kayuh ah bro.... kalau nk cepat, amik la health supplements... eg, calcium pills, anabols, ster**ds... aku cuma makan calcium pills jer... dats why took me 2 yrs to get my bones fixed well... protein ni sumer can help..
