first n foremost thank you for the wonderful short trip to melaka..

after a yr prior to my accident i havent been riding up so i was VERY slow.. admit that.. and on top of it trying to overcome the fear upon passing by the accident site..

 

extending my gratitude of heartful thanks to:

- Mr Blade (who was the tail trafficker.. hehehe.. im so sorry u have to accomodate to my slow speed coz i cant push myself as yet as havent been riding up for a yr.. lagikpun baru naik first time ngan ni bike.. paiseh jugak seh.. really really thankful..)

 

- Yanani & El Toro (teman teman kan jugak tapi i understand tat u need to desut oso.. but im cool.. as long as we;re safe.. thank you for the company..)

 

- Fish & Omar (they're my nite lite for the ride.. thank you so much.. minah potek nie mmg cannot be help.. nak desut jugak tapi kepala kene position 3 level so they tot i was damn sleepy during the ride.. padahal tak nampak clear.. but at tymes i do try to up to 180.. dats the least i can do to speed up for you both.. but my constant 140-150 is hopeless n boring i know.. sorry abt tat..)

 

- Ehem (thanks bro pinjamkan tepon, thanks for the little advise n jaga me after exit to gelang patah.. nampak road clear giler ape lagik nak test jugak.. teehee.. hilang.. pastu terlajak!! wakakaka... but enjoyable though..)

 

wow! was tiring and challenging.. penat but fun.. lagik blur sotong like me, tau ikot jek, tau jalan jek, sesat kire belakang!!~

su, sorry eh kalau tersalah silap, tergarang sikit.

 

yes i know sometimes i am very harsh when it comes to riding and involves other parties. Because anak orang is/are involved, we have to prioritise safety. After all, i'm passionate abt riding, and i want to live long enough to be able to ride. So mintak maaf kalau terkasar. All i can saw now is, stop pillioning ur bf if u want to improve as a rider. Ride ur bike as much as possible. The more time u have on ur bike, the better u can ride the bike. Explore ur limits safely, and slowly improve ur skills as a rider.

 

Among us also ade mat-rempit-moto-besar, honestly I'm a bit pissed when i see these ppl come from the back and cut thru our lane forcing us to brake. These ppl have no damn idea when u're at 160++km/h and collision happens, if anything happened, i doubt there's anything left to be said, because there's no point. We are all riders, bukan tk experienced, we all should know the consequences. Dont even talk abt who's to blame, just think of it, since anything bad can happen, at the very least, we could've prevented it.

 

The malacca trip was ok, but i stayed in front as much as i could, not because i wanted to be 1st, but to get myself out of danger. Food was kinda upsetting.. maybe one day we recce an actual kelong at the coast of JB, which would be more worth it for the cost of riding up to melaka..

janji perut penuh, hati hepi, members pun tumpang gembira skali.

 

yerlah, the kl thing was definitely impromtu. but apologies lar yer cos i cant keep up with the speed cos the wind blast affected my injured back at times and thus i had to slow down. same goes for the melaka part which was y i remained at the back.

 

the thing about touch and go trips like this, we cant omit the safety portion. some planning needs to be done at least.

 

some basic things worth considering :

1) Dressing for a fall : Are we in the correct attire ? Padded jacket at least with boots and not sweaters and orchard road shoes.

 

2) Snap on tools : Dont depend on others to bring tools. Sehelai sepinggang rational doesnt work. If need to share, find or allocate yourself a ride partner with each bringing a different item.

 

3) Too fast too furious : We cant expect every body to meet the high speed requirement. I suggest breaking the group into Time Chasers and Tourists. Its safer this way cos at the end of the day we are still going to the same place. Tourists meet up earlier and ride at a common agreed speed while a Time Chasers meet at a later timing.

 

just my opinion only. it about teamwork and not individualism.
