no wonder i cannot pass my TP! must learn :)

120km if use the hard front brake technique will it work on normal road?

like corner then brake hard on front.. will front wheel slide out??

That's why I always believe in LUCK! :cheeky:

xbabyjuniorx lo.. his signature 120km/hr kup korner

I thought u can go in corner fast and then using front brake can keep within the line..

Then when slanting applying front brake to keep within the desired line or something..

but front wheel may slide if traction not good as tremendous pressure is applying on a wheel that is slanted..

Dunno bout tis can work anot though driving centre said no braking whilist turning except fig 8 and U-turn :)

That's why I always believe in LUCK! :cheeky:

Erm.....u got it all wrong. It's fast in, slow out, not fast in, fast out. honestly, if u use your method in the corner, high chances of kissing the floor aka low siding.

Proper way of taking a corner is slow down and drop appropriate gear then take the corner safely. Remember, the road is not a race track, if u itchy butt like me, ride fast, but safely.

Hahaha, grass is always greener on the other side. Once you start working full time for a couple of years, you will realize that Poly times is just like holiday. THEN you would wish that you could go back to school.

95'~98' was arguably the best times of my life when I was studying in NP, even though the facilities then were only a small margin of the spanking new campus currently. During my time, nobody dared to take the lifts in Blk 50 coz they were notorious for breaking down. Tutorials on the 6th floor were dreaded.

:btw: those of you planning to further your studies at NTU / NUS. Studies there will be 100x worse than in Poly :giddy: but the student life there could be a lot more vibrant as well...
