Hi, want ot noe whether we need a sponsor to enter kallang cup prix?

How abt using own bike?

Veri curious here..

Most ppl taking part are using their own bikes. Just that bikeshop sponsored riders usually have bigger-budget race machines..

in fact, if you're planning only to have a go (try) at the series, you only need to prep your bike to be a little race-worthy, and you're ready to go.

But however, don't even try to think you'll be highly competitive with a mildly tuned-up machine.. Most of the race machines are pretty highly-tuned.

You are only sponsored if you can be on the podium and/or has potential to be on the podium.

All others, prepare a bike and cash. Alongwith membership fees/race fees.

Once the tarmac at Tuas is up, join the track days.

No need for mods here and there. Slap your cub with race rearsets, alright tyres and gear. Start from there...

Are you able to share the SR details via another thread?

Thanks.
