help needed on SP 150 (piston)

recently went JB change new piston cause i let them full service for my bike then they open up say piston spoil,

 

so i change new piston 190 RM at Long Heng Motor.

 

yesterday just change ignition at (jalan tukang) cause the wiring inside spoil causes the bike no batt to start or start already like dying off. mechanic test my bike says piston need to change which causes no power and i spoil my own piston cause i didnt run in enough.

 

not even one month need to change piston again? im going insane.

 

MY question is how to run in? how much can i go highest? 80 km/h?

That's probably because they themselves are 'insane'.

 

A piston change is only done when there's serious damage to it. Like piston seizure (jam), in which the whole thing stops moving.

 

Running in? Go slow.

If they indeed did a piston change, be a little more meticulous about how you throttle and go fast, not just 80km/h. Easy move offs and early gear changes (low RPMs) should do the trick. Why I'm asking you to add a little more concern to the run-in process is because I doubt those people running the shops directly across the causeway did a good piston change job too.

woah, im really a walkin carrot. if jam then need to change? then the run in process must take how long? my block also sui now and i intend to change on friday. i already bought a block from a mate in here. i afraid my piston will damage the block. will it? and singapore how much they charge for a new piston? for 5 months since i take the sp i spend over 800 to do this do that.

and today i ride my bike, suddenly engine just died off twice on road. i restart it can ride but happen quite often. whats the problem anybody knows? none of my sp friend encounter it. i think i damn suay

This running in process seems easy enough... maybe it will help. avoid high rpms if possible.

aniwae, running in a V8 would be same as other engine config. So motorcycle shd be the same.
