I won't try too hard la. Normally I couldn't care less to play peacemaker. But I know these 2 guys, so it's kinda crappy to see them go at each other's throats.

 

All I can say is, relax. It's only a forum.

So far, I've only met up with WW in person and personally, I find him OK. I based my judgement on seeing him in person and not based on his reputation in this forum. Hopefully, I can meet up with MS and Enfant in the near future and get to know them better as well. As for the flaming, they can go on forever if they like cos I got nothing to lose or to gain from all those flames... Just hope they would stop cos all the flaming makes me hungry for Burger King flame grilled burgers... anyone?

Sorry Deus to put you in the tight spot. MS brought this upon himself under no provocation. He made it personal when it was just a tech discussion. Rip each other you say??? Only 1 guy is being ripped up now: MS. He must learn to watch his mouth and back his words with solid proof before shooting half the world down. Please do not compare his technical competency with mine. I do not dare to claim to be as good as him. I hope he rides his R1 as fast as he types accusations and personal attacks.

Hiaz, the whole thread to me is like ppl trying to prove themselves right but by according to the book or verbal theories. Eg, they say this la, this company say that la, or this rider say this la, the INSTRUCTION booklet state this la, bla bla bla.

 

But to me personally, personal experiences are much much better than theories or what u have listen. Since WW & some other riders have already proven that hard run in on new bikes works so be it lor.. At least WW can now go paste a sticker labelled H@RD RUN IN PROVEN sticker on his bike if he wants to. And he's just sharing his experience with others. Why must get so hostile towards him?

 

But from xpac5 and MS, you all keep disagreeing with him and bring other topics like hand gun kia or R1 'TPS' or Big brother issues into this topic. ---> not related. You guys sounds like very against him personally. ( I'm not on any side here, just to post my views) Somemore someone go say that He ( enfant ) himself is in Pri 5, no bike no license.. and what u dun maintain bike go sell others then is selfish bla bla bla. CHILDISH i call that, but very clowny haha, as he agrees that he is an entertainer.

FYI, servicing brake calipers is a very common DYI-able thingy. Don't talk as if its as complicated and delicate as overhauling the engine.
