As for the pop2 sound, that is cause by burning off the unburned fuel in th exhaust system. On top of you cylinder head cover, there is this tube that leads to the exhaust valve. Its for air to move in and out. Dont want to explain more coz very chim,i understand how it works by dunno how to explain in words.:D

EXACTLY!!! well said tho i doubt ppl undstd, like i said the "material" to DIY is the tube luhh but dunt have..

the concept is to reroute the unburned pet fumes out to the exhaust valve(thats why need a longer tube) instead of goin into the air filter, thus when it exits from the end can it creates the pop sound and the "backfire" due to the mixture of the air and the unburned pet, therefore the "backfire" u see is pretty harmless and does not affect ur plugs or the piston like how an "on-off" intentional backfire will do... understand? no? nvm hahaha

Yes,inclusive of installation, very easy to install, just bring your bike to them, show your exhaust pipe and say u want to make fake silencers, then they do it for you. But they need to drill a slightly bigger hole for the new screw for the fake silencers and this will not affect the original screw size.

If i fix fake silencer, they will dril a hole which is 'BIGGER' than the original size..then how can u say it WILL NOT affect the original screw size? Can elaborate.. If drill bigger mean need drilling which means change of size of hole which means original size screw AFFECTED right?

so the extra material needed to make the popping sound is a longer tube which reroute the excess petrol fumes out to the exhaust valve instead of the air box? wait, so the oil that comes out of my air box is actually unburnt fuel izzit? not EO ar?

pipe need no tampering other than the usage of the mock silencer, so no worries for inspections use back original one can alr lorr...

the popping hasnt got anything to do with the silencer nor the pipe, its more of the settings of the bike.. its kinda hard to explain the process, esp if u dunt understand the mechanics of a s4, cos it concerns the cam return air bla bla bla...

Lokek sey, tak nak blang...

nopez dats not it... taking out the silencer will only make it sound louder however there will be a significant drop in the pick up as the construction of the LV end can is straight hollow, w/o using any silencer, the airflow will be too much thus making ur bike err feels heavy?

Actually he was asking me tat the hammer n buzz thing is to do wat...so i told him to make the popping sound, nid some work to do...not taking out the silencer to make the popping sound..

thx for the compliments bro.. u think i part time mech meh haha.. my popping i go shop do sia, no "material" to DIY

Aiyoh...if not can ask u to do for me...

ask jbatracer, he made one from sengkwang.. aiyah installation do urself luh.. aah u noob nvm u buy alr come find me i help u fix haha...

where gt devil... more like an old man coughing ba haha...well sounds like a devil to me...even more to the boys in white...

Sori bro i never elaborate much, the fake silencers screw is slightly bigger than original screw hole on the endcan,so they need to widen the mounting screw hole on the endcan. However you can still put back the original silencer back with original screw but you need washes. Best if maybe we can meet up at s4m or other cb400 gathering,i'll show you.:bounce:

Hello Kutrax, I also use stock silencer lah... Married man must be careful where his money go to, as there's the Finance Ministress watching...

Last time this particular man bought an LV pipe was reprimanded big time by her.... Sad...
