have ur guys frequently encountered that some botls on bikeframe or fairing will found loose after long journey of riding. and i have to retighten it again. i believe it is due to behaviour of V-twin cause high vibration in high speed

after servicing my bike.. around 180km my reserve blinker will light up..

 

bro go 220 -240...that the best cruising speed...

 

ya best cruising speed... but petrol consumption ta boleh tahan.... somemore haja n my fren first time going touring.. will be travelling slower...

If used sprocket for touring it should be at 15/42..is the best..but mine is 15/44....

Anyway, just took out bike from Racewerks today. Norman was the one servicing my bike.

 

Total repair costs $810.. >.

 

Change left radiator, fix wiring, change radiator cap, flush coolant = $810

 

He say best change to new wiring harness also = $400, but i havent decide yet.. should i change? is the price ok?

 

Or anyone can recommend me anything else?

 

I also intend to order a new LV endcan(st legal) + pc3 + dyno = under $2k..

 

Or anyone got 2nd hand st legal endcan to sell me? hehe....

hmm i wonder u guys know any of these problem... when u ride but when ur RPM hit about 2k ~ 2.5k PM. u can feel the bike damn jerky and something below ur engine got tuck tuck sound. izzit problem cause from clutches housing? cluthes plate change before wonder izzit have to change the housing to prevent this irrating problem?

cause my bike shop got mention before my clutches abit wear and tear liao... maybe need to change housing but not easy to find 1... if i really replace a new housing will i face that tuck or tiak sound when i riding low RPM? even i too sudden wack also got this sound zzz

Hendra..how much they charge u for the left radiator..I did change mine last mth....new coolent,engine oil & labour at all at $600.

Not to worry about the jerking..best to change SP2 trottle boddies

Tick2 sound is normal...Clutch housing or basket..no problem if u dont want to change..

I hope next mth to pg all of u can join me...Best is trackday.. Why?..U will learn from the fast rider there & u can have a go at 5 lap race...It fun & worth the money.

Mine too.. But do you guys have any rubber protecter under your chain which is tightened to your swingarm? Mine is not there anymore. Any idea what's its called?

Wiring fix is $120. New one change is $400.

Common prob should be the same for all Honda bikes bah... Till now only magnectic coil, left radiator n water pump gasket leaking...

how much does a sp2 trottle body sell around at? i just dunno how to explain the feeling and sound like exectly when riding if RPM start to hit at 2k ~2.5k RPM the sound and the feeling on the bike. gosh... i wonder if i had a chance to test 1 of u guys de SP1 so i know the problem izzit just fall on me or everyone does.
