Hi banditos

 

My bandit has been sent for major servicing. I have also changed my jet needles and can only pick up my bike next week. I will update the forum on the FC then.

 

Will it be time for a gathering then? Maybe a day trip to Kulai? Anyway, once I get back my bike in a good stage, I will organise then. Have fun on your weekend.

 

As for me, hai... no bike to ride this weekend. Banditos, do be careful on the roads. Wet weather abounds.

Oh yes, jkaiser, when can we go down and view your parts? I think maybe on first come first go will be fair to all. Up to you. It's your call. I guess we, vultures are waiting to see what we can retrieve from your scrapped bandit. Still it's sorry to see your bike down.

 

By the way, Wed or Thurs is quite hard for us. How about fixing it on next Sat? Just a suggestion.

i'm trying to stay home 10-11 dec.. got tech mob coming... 12-18 i will be away in malaysia.. 19-21 i'm on course.. ok how about this...urgent cases like bandit_red's leaking front fork..i clear 1st..

 

rest of u all need it as backup rite..can wait abit? paiseh

K i jus found out frm online...the this gadek hotspring is in Alor Gajah abt 30km from malacca town more details i will confirm when i come back cos i might be going to alor gajah to meet someone.

Back frm my 1 day touch n go trip to malacca.

 

To xiaowang, i didn't manage to get much info abt the gadek hotspring was quite a rush trip la. more or less like touch n go. Reached malacca had lunch set back to sg thts all the time i had in malacca. I only understand tht its in alor gajah so frm ayer keroh (malacca town) roughly look out for signs to alor gajah. If not frm NSHW take the next exit(alor gajah) aft ayer keroh which shld be min 5km away not more than 30km. thts the best of knowledge i can provide. Abt the smaller roads n the exact location for the resort or spa maybe u can check online the m'sia tourism webby for more info.

Hey thanks Rajoana. Maybe if I organise a day trip there, wondering if anyone is interested. Just wanna try the nearest hot spring to Singapore. The next one is in Ipoh. Well, we see how it goes. I am still waiting for my bike to come back from my major servicing. Hai.. miss my Su-chan.

Hi again, the crusing speed will definately be 100 to 120km/h. I hate unnecessary speeding. Riding is for us to relax and enjoy the flow. It's about the journey, not the destination.

 

Oh hello Gary, how's everything. We will definately include you on your G4. When will you be flying off? Biz trip or holiday?

 

Maybe let's make it tentactively on the 17-18 Dec weekend. How about that? ANy suggestions?

Flying off this sat, 10th, will be back only on 19th night. Company send me there for training. Guess I wont be able to join the trip then.

just to share.....i just came back from gadek hot spring... the place quite lok. it is slightly bigger than a basketball court and doesn't feel like a resort.. but of course to be able to dip yourself in some warm water is good break from riding.

 

My trip was also touch n go and i lost my way after i exit ayer keroh...so ride ard n ask ard and i passby the hot spring without knowing... now ask me the route i also blur blur.... but the directions from malaysia tourism website is q accurate la(provided u r not a blur sotong like me) ..

 

Now body quite tired, especially my right palm.... set off at ard 8am came back at ard 5pm...most of the time was spent on my bike... but the weather today was wonderful...

 

its my virgin trip on NS highway on my S4.. think travel at 130 would be just nice to stay on right lane most of the time, occasionally give way to some F1 driver wannabe..

Hi Rajoana, no worries. Officially the outing is still being discussed here. Definately we will choose a time which is best for everybody interested to go.

About the trip, instead of using NS highway, how about using the coastal trunk roads along the West Coast? It might take longer but it might be a better ride. Just a suggestion. Wanna see the general opinion here?
