Wanna ask if anyone of you here have experience of coolant leaking from your engine?

Any one can advised on what the likely cause? Gasket broke?

For my spec 3 wif stock spocket, 95km/h at 6RMP.

I got tat kind of experience b4, either gasket leak or d cololen pump kit got problem. Mine is a new 1 ...... U can aim my 1 if u wan.

Today, I just sold off my 1 years old CDI at $200. 2morrow, Datsunking will take d front Walve disc from me at $150 despite I brought it at $430 which last me abt 6000km only....

 

 

Currently, I have taken down few stuff downfrom d bike n for sale....

 

*Carb wif new needle, float n oil seal at $200 cos I change those thing abt $140 already. Receipt can be shown. (nego)

 

* Orginal headlight wif bracket given at $70 (nego)

 

* Orginal speedometer wif RMP meter n cable at $80 (nego)

 

* Slider at $30 (non nego)

 

* 5 weeks old Clutch cable at $20 (non nego)

 

* 5 weeks old clutch hosing wif spring $100 ( original abt $210) ( non-nego)

 

* Orginal rear Hugger at $20 (nego)

 

* 5mths old Givi rack at $40 (nego)

 

* Full set of fairing wif oil tank (newly spray Orginal Red colour paintwork done by Yeow motor) at $400 (nego)

 

* street legal GPR tit slip on muffler (still in box n not yet open) at $300 (non nego)

 

* 5 week old throttle cable at $20 (non-nego)

 

* tail light cover at $10 (nego)

 

* 5 weeks old 4 spark plug cable orginal at $160 but selling only $50 ( nego)

 

* rectfiler at $30 (nego)

 

* Rider n pillion seat rewrap n add on d best cushion in Thailand at $40

 

* stock rear disc $50 (quite new) ) (nego)

 

* stock front disc $60 (nego)

 

These stiff i list down don't need a 1 to 1 exchange

 

Watever things i miss out, pls tell me also if u wan. Going to scrap it in 1 week later after chinese new year.

Then I think it should be gasket leak cos I just changed my coolant pump not long ago.

 

Any one knows roughly how big the "damaged"(money), to get this repaired? I'm currently on tight budget: Things due for changing are :

 

1) 2 front brake pads, 1 rear brake pads

2) chain

3) the coolant leaking problem

My guess is to change gasket ard 100+not sure how much exactly.

jus an advise since u r on a tight budget...do up yar coolant prob.

Brake pads unless really die die need to change, ride carefully for a while.

Chain jus tighten if required n lube is often can should be able to last.

Yea the reservoir for the brake fluid, mine the screw rounded. I need the clamps on the airbox side too.

 

Did you change your engine oil hose recently?? I want to get those if its not leaking. Is the CDI for gsxr400 p model??

Guan Hoe at Eunos Ave 3, blk 1043. Near paya leba mrt station.

Guan Hoe at Eunos is the authorised service agent. That means that they use only OEM and service according to Suzuki.

 

Why? Is there anything wrong with your bike? Are u still selling btw??
