i dunt think u wld know who I am. I dunt mind dropping by but my bandit is out of action again for a while as by chain just slipped and itz gonna be towed later to hkl for a sproket + chain change. sigh!! :giddy:

 

 

Anyway the chain came off at the front or rear sprocket? if rear one only can fix urself then ride to bike shop to tighten the chain ma...tow spend another $20 ler...next time meet up i teach u how to put back the chain (not trying to b smart alack, but helpful ya.Dun misunderstand the tone..)hehe had a bad experience b4 ;(

Trust me, me and my friends tried fixing it back. 1st it was a grp of 3 guys - 1 bike and 1 car. After some limited success, another car and 1 more bike joined the fray. Imagine an entourage of 2 cars and 2 bikes +4 guys on a bike and 1 idiot trying to fix the chain in. Oh well, in the end the chain snapped and it still had to be towed in. After some more inspection, it seems like the shorter dropstick also snapped. Oh well, now my pocket is $227 dollars lighter :pity: but the bandit's back in action :D

BTW rocketman: ur bike poor thing man..kena molested by so many man...at then end still snap...

my bandti chain havent come out b4 la..tzr came out 2 times man...and my BMX bicycle back at home?countless...

Hey Mr Rocket,c'mon man......When comes to changing sprocket,the 1st thing you should think is me......my old piece of advice......

 

You are riding a streetfighter,not a dirt-bike.....you're not going to climb hills or mountain rite......so why need a big sprocket?To wheelie? :lol: :lol: :lol:

 

Dude,you don't need to have gd pick-up on bandit....need the comfort when cruising,good petrol consumption is a very wonderful thing....

When i was still riding my Bandit,my cruising speed was 100-110km/hr without hearing my little mechanic shouting F**KS**T from the engine....

top speed can get 180km/hr......proven to you already,so,still don't wanna listen..... :giddy:

Get the chain and sprocket @ MAH MOTORPARTS......... :lol: :lol: :lol:

I hope skybono don't get to read diz...he.he...

 

 

So,wat's the moral of the story.....get your rear down to size 43....if not get yourself a G-string dude.......ciao.....

 

I almost forgotten about mah motors. But I guess its not meant to be. :pity:

i am interested to buy a bandit v. like to find out wat is the market rate for it now and the insurance cost. anyone willing to let go k pm me. thanks.

 

saw one tat cost $3k. Motorshop along lavender.

I think market price is about there.

 

Of coz later on some smart ass will tell u 'aiyah! $2k can get lah', and all that shit.

It's up to u.

 

insurance depends on age, get online quote from NTUC or call in to Mitsui .

thanks. jus sold my bike so maybe getting a new bike. my father ridding a bandit so he advise me to get one. i prefer the V model. so maybe will go down to take a look. i saw 1 in yahoo ads selling 3.5 or 3.8 a fp. is it exp?

it's around that price.... good deals dun come round everyday... i sold mine ,a fq plate, for 3k... but like i said, good deals dun come round everyday...
