Ok here goes, this week I managed to find the actual reason of the leak, I added too much coolant, so it came dripping out of the coolant cap, and so it leaked and got trapped in between those cooling fins, so I thought one of the gaskets was leaking.

Other stuff I had to do, clean the fuel filter, it was filthy, 13 years probably not cleaned once. After that, I got the forks overhauled, also not cleaned in 13 years.

Important question guys, which is better for my bandit's engine, mineral oil, or fully synthetic oil?

Cheers!

First I had to remove the fuel tank, and remove the vacuum tube followed by the fuel line. After that, off comes the tank. Then remove the fuel pet c***, and after that just dismantle it and clean it out, there are 2 filters.

After cleaning it as it was caked in rust and changing the vacuum tube line, the bike starts alot better now!

Cheers!

Don't think too hard about it. You don't need a reason.

JUST RIDE.

Spotted a red Bandit FM 8*** at carpark of an apartment along Hillview Ave (near Lam Soon). With after market end-can, too.

You stay around there?

What's the brand of the exhaust?

DatsunKing: Bro, I stay at Yishun. Why did you ask? Organising something? hehehe

bandit_red: You can buy those small signal lights in a lot of places. Most

shops sell them. You can check Ah Boy, Regina , Chiong Aik, Motorworld, Auntie

shop. etc. etc. One of the 1st things I changed on my bandit was my

signal lights. As you said, they are really big.
