hie guys anyway got lobang for fork tubes? my fren's bandit need to change. New ones heard cost 300??

Went to Ah Ann only had 1 n tht also were not in a gd cond.

hey guys here, just want to inform and ask something

for those riding bandit 400

my oil tank (blacK) is now lying somewhere, not used

 

inside condition, visible rust, small leak, but is still use-able (a few days)

 

i got another 2nd hand one, of much better condition, thus, currently, the tank is lying there

 

color - black

outlook - 6/10

condition - 5/10

 

if any1 wants it , for spare of watever use, drop me a PM, i tell u where to get it ......

 

 

 

my question is --

1) will any1 want it at all

2) if really some1 wants, got any value at all???

3) will garang guni even buy it?

 

if no value , no use, no one wants, it will be thrown away in 5 days time

if the paintwork is still good then should b ok, just order the bellypan, put s4 signal lights coz bandit signal lights R ugly. change brakeline to Hel,.. when u get ur bike do put the pic up, may b we can give ideas.

i want to do a little project on it...try to spend as little...i hope...so far the only damage seen is a little dent on the tank and tick tick sound when you start riding...it should be the front sprocket wear and due chain..milege seems good to be true...bike only got 2 owners...its a 1996 bike...milege like 40k plus...engine looks clean and sound very quiet compared to my previous bandit...bike runs smooth...i thk i might be able to take the bike tomoro...

 

how much is the front and rear sprocket cost?i want to get size 43 for the rear...can anyone enlighten me with the price and where to buy?

 

my to do list...

1. i want to remove the box and rack...

2.remove all the signals.

3.change the headlite to sonic 125 headlite that has built in signals...rear would buy those car small indicator lights to fit for the rear....

4.remove the rear mudflap and search for my old scrambler rear mudflap. then jus put the no plate.

5.increase the height of the rear tail

6.temporary spray the rims to black...initially planning if have extra cash in future if bike wont give any problems,will spray whole bike white with blue rims...

 

wow...so much dreaming...ok...1st comes 1st,get the bike...

1. if you change the front n rear sproket, u might as well change the chain, or else it still will be sound and itis recomended to do so. total might b $200plus.

 

2. sonic 125 headlight might not do coz the current flow n volt differ. use GSR headlight.or s4 using.

 

3. the mud flap u just cut follow the length of the num plate. coz if no mud flap, uncle can happily summon. ur rear signal i recomend u se the KR or SP type. if u want i can sell u. still new nvr use b4.

well thanks for the offer...but you know how stubborn i could get...if not..i will source DRZ SM signals from a friend...the clear ones looks nice too..

just collected the bike today...rode abit...i think front cone bearing is gone...will do some stuff tomoro if have time...remove box and rack...then spray the rims...will try riding for a week and see if any other problem would exist before i go for the next upgrade...

i m looking 4d clear signal lights too. agent have not bring in. sianz mannnn. u know where to get put up ok.

you have to ask those DRZSM riders...becoz most of them don't use the stock signals...they will change for small type ones...DRC or Zeta...dunno whcih brand...so they are our only hope...i think the 06 and 07 model have clear signals...
