Couldn't agree more tt a speed triple has a fantastic ride. I own a 1998 speed triple with 70k mileage and it is still running well. Used to own a duc but a triumph is more rideable, in my opinion.

Let me know if there are outings for the speed triple owners. I will be interested.

can anyone advise me on the maintenance of the bike? hows the fuel consumption wise. am heading down to Mah to take a look at this beast. Read lots of good reviews on the bike but form overseas forumers. Am keen to here from local on how they maintain this bike. Any major issues or whatsoever. Anyone buy from Mah? Any reviews for them?

I couldn't agree more... I have a 1996 Speed Triple with about 26000miles.... fifth owner... very nice to ride...

mine is an 08 model.. maintenance for this bike is pretty much hassle free.. EO change at 10K.. but i do it at 5k.. Valve clearance evry 40k.. Been usin it as a daily commuter.. no prob.. n this bike is a beast..! brings out the hooligan in u..! go head dwn to mah n arrange for a test ride.. =)
