Engine ice 1L x 2 = 60

Radiator = 30

Labour = 40

Maybe my bike is different from Ken's. (huh, how can that be?) :confused:

I don't see any difference after putting Engine Ice. Maybe there'a a 1 or 2 degree celcius diff. (most probably trying to con myself into believing after spending $60 for coolant). But if you're really trying very hard to figure out if there's really a 1 or 2 degree difference, ... ?!?!?! :giddy:

It's supposed to give UP to 10 dc diff., maybe race applications, but for street users like us ... ?!?!?! :confused:

My advise:

Along Serangoon Rd, just stop along any shop that has a Castrol sign, go in and get your Castrol coolant for only $3 or $4 for 500ml. It's already premixed with de-ionized water as well.

With that spare cash, go to Suntec Skygarden, take that special someone to Japanese Buffet. You may get laid in the process.

Just an evil though, that cat that comes peeing around your bike, should be lapping up Ethylene Glycol and not Propylene Glycol, heheh. (Shame on me!)

Castrol Super Radicool

Castrol Super Radicool is a ready-to-use engine coolant. It is accurately pre-mixed with de-ionised water for greater corrosion protection. This helps to prevent damage to the radiator, engine and other parts of the cooling system, which can occur if incorrect mixing ratios of coolant and water are used. It is especially suitable for use in cooling systems of all water-cooled petrol or diesel automotive engines.

Castrol Super Radicool offers you the following features and benefits:

• Pre-mixed for ease and accuracy of application

• Excellent protection against both boiling and freezing

• Excellent protection against corrosion and deposit formation

• Extra resistance to fluid breakdown and vapour lock

• Contains anti-cavitation additives. Compatible with materials used in the cooling system such as rubber hoses, seals, etc.

Directions for use:

1. Turn off the engine.

2. Check radiator coolant level.

3. Tighten all joints and hose clips.

4. Top-up system to correct level with Castrol Super Radicool.

5. Run engine to circulate coolant and then re-check level.

6. To ensure optimum engine performance, change the cooling system fluid annually.

Pack Size: 500ml

Recommended Retail Price: $3.30 per 500ml bottle

Yo, give that coolant a few days of time.

U can see that the temperature keeps going up like ur stock coolant, but if u dun look at the numbers, those road conditions which usually make ur fan spins, spin no more.

but if u r in a real bad jam which ur bike is not moving at all, then boh pian...

maybe u take out the wire mesh to see whether is it the wire mesh which is conducting too much heat.

But for me, last time after my rvf radiator is punch with a hole, i put on the wire mesh and the bike seems to be hotter easily.
