Can't wait for the 08 Blade to debut. The 1098 has loads of torque, pulls away from the Blade effortlessly. :cry:

I can almost predict what is Honda up to:

 

Lets see... if we can see how Honda launch their VTR1000 Firestorm first and then the VTR1000SP Superbike which has only 10% common parts mainly in the engine casing.

 

We could also see a possible launch of a 2008 "VFR1000" Sport Tourer and the following year, 2009 "RVF1000" Superbike which all of us here are drooling.... : )

 

I'm sure Tashi and maybe Rommel would want to be the 1st to put such a V4 Superbike on our local road.

 

So far earlier this year, according a very reliable source from the land of the rising sun.. that there will be a 2008 CBR inline4 1000cc and a V4 1000cc Racebike for 2009 or 2010.

 

I think unlikely there would be V5 for now, cost would be a big factor in production, and the fact that the reliable source from the land of the rising sun mentioned only V4 and no V5 when probe further.

20" only la. Is that big enough? Some sites are reporting that the 08 Blade will be shown on 7 Sep, not the usual end of Sep. Dunno how true.
