guys where can i buy a clutch assembly and other performance parts like juice box etc...? for my RR 08

 

BTW i'm from the philippines planning to go there on the 11th to 15th of june.

Clutch assembly, you can try FJT, may have to order. I've never seen ppl using juice box here, power commander is better, that could be the reason.

Alright, got back my bike yesterday evening. First thought, the problem is gone. No jumping feeling at biting point. Everything is so much better than before. The only bad part I felt is during deceleration till very low rpm. The bike will jerk more than before. Yes, I understand jerking is common for this case but the jerking came earlier and harder. Tonight may go malaysia to try it at all rpm range to see if there is any other issue. Stay tuned!

 

Tried my bike at NSHW. The bike pulled hard at every gear and every rpm range. No sign of clutch slipped. However at times, I still can feel the "tuck" feedback on my clutch lever. Something which is common before the clutch recall. But now is noticable lesser but still happen once in a while. Not so concern about it.

 

Since it had been a while since I have tried to max out the bike. Hmm, it seems like it can't hit 299 on straight at 6th gear. But I can say it quite fun to full throttle on 1st gear though. It pulled like a rocket!

Ya. Even a K5 G1 can hit 299 on it 5th gear. But nevertheless, it is sacrificing it top end for a faster mid range. I think our inhouse bike tester, Dafeimao, had given us the review and comparison previously. Overall I find still okay cause I only travel around 150 for my touring trip.

 

Since my air filter and spark plugs are due soon, don't know want to go installed a PC3/5 or not. It seems like the custom mapping fee had gone up alot. $$$$

One shop has quoted mi $180 for a dyno session..... But i figured that would be the normal dyno with just the air fuel ratio aligned properly... For a custom map, think that would cost another $20 - $50..... (I'm not sure)........ Oh well, there will be many more excuses cmeing your way since bikes nowadays are getting more high tech.....
