**I believe that u must be a regular of prono websites.

What welcome you?!? They will probably kick you out and ask you to fly kite. :cheeky:

Don't forget when you go there, you're dealing with a taichi master, later you get red palm marks all over your body, come out with internal injuries.

I think you better update your warranty card with all the dates and get them chopped. Change your lower cowl to those without drills 1st.

Finally got a chance to try a ZX10R. Not a full test, just a casual ride around.

The engine is surprisingly smooth, has a whistling note, and sounds like a light air craft when riding. Brakes are better than my RR4, but he had it changed to steel braided vs my standard. He's clocked only 4k plus km, while mine is nearly 24k, with the 1st generation brake pads. I have about 30% to 40% left and looks like I can still hit 30k before changing.

Riding position is like the K3. Quite high up, but the handle bars are much closer. Could be more comfy than the RR4 on long rides. But on the RR4, you still get the more cared for, wrapped around feel, which is more confident inspiring.

I always thought it's got a fugly front, like being slapped and pinched hard into shape, but the look slowly grows on you, it certainly looks less ugly now, maybe even nice.

Hows about a bike wash session this afternoon at Chilly's MSCP??

I was caught in light rain about 3 km from home last night, dirtied up the bike pretty good.

How Abang Chilly?? You washing bike again this afternoon?? I go join you, at least this time I won't sit there and watch you washing your bike.

Yeah man Jerry, when will you join us for an outing?

Need to have your Telefonica replica parked next to my Repsol replica for a shot for the album. A rear shot coz both have the Yoshis. :lovestruck:

A possibility may be coming up... we were at the same restaurant at Perling where we had the Iranian dinner for steaks. Met up again with the JB friends again, of which one rides a Hog and one who owns the 'best' chicken rice stall in Perling. He knows of some good assam pedas restaurants near Muar or in Muar.... Tashi, what was the place he mentioned??. Basically where to find cheap and good seafood.

So I am going to try and coerce him into doing an "Assam Pedas Food Fest Run" on a Saturday morning. :hungry:

Will keep you guys posted on any updates from that tattooed beer guzzling Harley riding Malaysian water selling pirate friend of mine. :thumb:

Abang Chilly... mana lah engkau? Semalam kesian tidak ikut kita jadi kutu embun.

Di rumah duduk diam diam semalam saperti burung punggok merindukan bulan ka?? Sekarang aku nak ajak abang ke Muar makan ikan pari assam pedas. Boleh?? Syabas!! Bagus sekali :thumb:

Get a tire repair kit from the nearest petrol station. After patching, don't ride so fast. It won't be safe, suggest you change to a new one.

What's your plate # btw? :cheeky:

First thing first. Push the nail BACK into the tyre. Do not pull it out. All tubeless tyres have a slightly softer compound in between the cords of the casing that help seal the air from escaping in the event the tyre wall gets impregnated by a foreign object. The clear cut advantage of tubeless tyre over tubed ones is that there is no instant blowout but instead a slow loss of air pressure.

If you push back the nail or whatever, chances are the leak will slow down. That gives you the opportunity to pump up your tyre to the recommended pressure and allow you to ride to the repair shop. Just get your bike to a nearest car tyre shop. They can do in-situ repair on your. They will normally pull the object out, use a reamer to widen the hole to allow a rubber plug to be inserted. The plug will flare itself out like an umbrella on the inside wall of the tyre and the stem is pulled out. The excess stem (sealing plug) is then trimmed to protrude by a 2 or 3 mm.

You must understand that the plug is installed from inside out and so there is a tensional force trying to pull the stem inwards into the tyre.

NEVER NEVER CUT THE STEM TO BE FLUSH WITH THE TYRE!!!! It will retract into the tyre and you will be left with a gaping hole with air escaping instantly!!! And the whole process of replugging will have to be carried out. Normally cost about five to seven bucks to get this done.

Tyres that have undergone such repairs should not be considered as fully serviceable and should not be ridden at extreme high speeds.

And nobody changes to a new tyre just because of a puncture... you gotta be overflowing with money to do that.

And yeah........99.9999999% of bike punctures occur on the rear tyre. Simply because the front tyre will pick up or flip upright an object like a nail or screw which has been lying down when it goes over it.....just in time for the rear wheel to run over it!!!

Chilly, i think our master pump is also Brembo 16/15.

Tashi, the difference between a stock rubber brake hose and steel brake hose is very big.

If add EBC HH along, u will be even more impress.

Ask Raptor, this 2 things had save me from the taxi that nite we went to the jungle for seafood.

But i think my chances of claiming new set of fairing is very slim... but should be going down when my exams are over.

Hidet09, I think other than me, no one here knows where is K&T.

Open at 9am.

No suit nevermind, can always go down to take a look and take some pictures.

If u can resist and refrain urself from speeding on the straights and going too low in corners, with armour jackets and riding boots, just rounding will be a good experience.

But on a weekend... it might be hard. hahaha.

Btw, its the same route to the jungle seafood.

I see that u guys just had a bike washing session.

Maybe wanna get a helper to wash ur bike next time?

Email her ur bike pictures and sweet talk her abit, she might just well fly over here and wash for u.

If u r really sweet, she might wash other 'internal parts' for u.

Think Raptor will have a higher chances when he go over.
