Why so ex? The mounting need 2 weld or the sai Tao cost 2k?

i did try honda agent but they ref me to that particular bike shop which quote me 2- 3 k same as what bro FAZLI say.... need to weld this la wiring la that la n etc.... the oem front head already cost ard 1.5k++ just the head

What I have done on my Honda Super4 CB400 NC42: Black Gen

 

- Racewerks Dyno Hard Break-In ; Save the time & effort on normal running-in, pistons set in better in a controlled environment

 

- Power Abuser Auto ; Maximized power output, Better response, Better spark plug firing resulting in a more complete combustion, Lessen the harsh engine braking feel, Brighter lightings, Extend battery lifespan

 

- 5 Point Grounding ; Direct the stray currect back to the battery, Better response, Better mileage, Extend battery lifespan

 

- K&N Air Filter ; Better airflow & filtration for a cleaner & better combustion

 

- Brembo RCS19 Master Pump with EvoTech Brake Reservoir ; Better braking efficiency & feel, Least braking effort

 

 

- Crash Bar/Engine Guard ; Basic protection for external engine casing

 

- Equipment Extreme Front & Rear Axle Slider ; Additional Protection for the bike

 

- Motivation Heavy Type BarEnd Sliders ; Additional Protection for the bike, Reduce vibration and improved stability on the handle bar, Improved handling

 

- Radiator Mesh ; Protect the radiator fins from sands, rocks and other road debris, Prevent the radiator from damage, Personalized design can be done on the mesh

 

 

- EBC HH Front & Rear Brake Pads ; Better braking efficiency, Reduce heat transfer compared to normal brake pads

nice........... which part need to grind off?

 

There is a tab on the inside of the bar end that goes about 3/4 of a full circle. Need to grind off to about 1/2 of a circle and then can fit liao...

i got it from equipment extreme at depot rd, priced at $159 for PA2 Auto, normal PA2 is $99 if not mistaken
