Dear fellows Magna riders,

just like to let u guys know that we already have an unofficial Magna Riders Group in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur area). Currently we have 4 members, all riding Magna VF750C year 1994 and up..

 

the members are:

1. Solomon San a.k.a. vitaminz ( that's me) Year 94 Red Magna(japanese specs)

2. Ck Yeong - year 2002 Red+black Magna Deluxe, california model

3. Azman - year 96 Maroon Magna

4. Kamal - year 96 Red Magna

 

We are trying to invite and recruit more Magna riders around...hopefully we can have more Magna owners joining us.We gather at least once a week at night at KL area.

Ebay USA is the best source. Have you tried fiberglass fabrication?

If you have the right side, wouldn't it be easy to make the left side?

Yeah i ask abt it from one of the fabricator. But his comments was that its overprice to make and it doesnt fit as well as a original. So wat he says make sense. Thus im still looking for one from ebay but no luck. Thats why have to see if there are any from your side which is floating ard the workshops. Thanks for the reply dude.

I have a black 2000 registered Magna which I love.. tho in 'storage' now

 

Just my 5 cents on the gentleman going for the 412 shocks... its relatively soft even at maximum setting. If no boxes/pillion OK, if got, better go for the higher end 420 or something. There's a reason for the price diff I think

I got it while having a big GIVI+ 2 E21 on wingrack, too underpower then, swap back to original shocks (actually stronger).

Hey, I'd sold it early the 412 early this year to someone using Phantom...imagine.

 

Couple years back, bought tons of stuff from MagnaToys Wingthings(site not working now), the shocks above, Cobra crash bar (great stuff, cheap at USD120), superbrace, progress shock springs, Kuryakyn grips.

Fly screen from ebay etc. All very good stuff (cept the shocks)

K&N filter helps a lot and the Metzlers are great great improvement over the dunlops.. try cornering with boxes and wet roads.. one can, one testing your luck

Good old days...

Did 'tested' the crashbar well last year due to a spill near Baling last year, bike +bar totally Ok, me less so.. now lying off Magna for a while and bumping around with RX-K and the easy tourer PC800 before touching the raw pulling power of the Magna again..

If you can't find any, have one fabricated. The Hondaline crashguard

is a great one. Just the right size.

Any idea i can get the above stuff.

My Odometer goin crazy. Before i change the engine oil it read at 56929 on 11/8/07 and now reads at 74929. (something is wrong somewhere or my eye sight getting blurr.....) and i need the air covers too.

After I installed the jetkit, my magna is now doing 19kms per liter.

How much is that in miles?
