Why do you not use a bike cover?

In our Singapore climate, your bikes are either out in the sun getting its paintwork faded, or drenched in the rain risking rust and worse. But I very seldom see bikes being covered.

 

I am sure people who do not cover their bikes have more than one reason not to, but please choose the strongest reason.

conveniences is the main factor i guess...eg storage and process of covering & keep...

I think one of the problem is that you have to wait for the engine and exhaust to cool down before you can cover, and moving to and fro from the carpark i quite inconvenient also.

i will like to get my bike covered cus rainin days water can get into my fuel tank..but i'm jus lazy..lol!so i'll jus use a plastic bag and cover the fuel cap..haha!
