Nothin much... Just trying to remove the paint from my panniers. Then light coat of hi-temp black cos its matte black and quite fade resistant. The paint very thick sia...

I'm stil findin out for easier and faster ways to DIY remove the paint. Btw, my uncle has a nice pair of NonFango panniers. He found it under his void deck. Needs a new coat of paint, new lockset and racks (it can't fit on wingrack). Will post pic soon.

 

Know anywhere I can find NonFango spares?

Not yet bro... Btw, I goin in 2nd Link this evening ard 7 after work. I manage to find a pic of the exact box. The model is NonFango TTL. 42L panniers. In my opinion, solid build. Its contoured. One end is slimmer than the other.

pardon my MIA-ness, as just return to reality after a week's holiday in the woods with the green property of sillypore(in short, reservist)

 

Faz: tried thinner/paint remover?

another would be sanding down, which will tk some patience, time & hard working sweat.

then respray again for balance texture.

 

Oh! & u found gold! that was what i was finding sometime back & its extinct now!

Nonfango has no longer no support here. & sadly, their Italy webby seems un-updated..

May have to source scrapyards for the fitting plates...

 

ppsssttt... if yr uncle or you dun wan, I dun mind to sapu the boxes... :deal:

Kev, my uncle ask how much dough you willing to part for the cases? Cos he has intentions of using the boxes. If you offer reasonably, he says he might let it go.

Wow~!

 

Then crosswinds would be your greatest enemy if you use that... You can try Ban Hock Hin. The Starhub box I think would look gd.

No need to go at 140km/hr to feel the drag. Even at 90-100km/hr the drag force can be felt. Not to mention the crosswind.

Im preferably available on Wed evenings. As Friday evenings are quite busy.

Weekdays office hrs hv to arrange, if possible.

that's the new CB13 Bol d'Or, Super Touring version, that's coming out(I think) in the near future...

 

Finally, they(Honda) decide to add panniners to these Street bikes...

 

IMO, its using the V35 type boxes, remove & or shifted/adjusted some other parts to accomodate the panniners...

 

but but but... i loike!!! :lovestruck:

 

If i got mula, sure sell away my E41, de-rack the wingrack, buy a new set of V35, go SK to fab bracket(if needed) & mk it look rare!

Hahaha~!

 

Judgin from the looks of it, the V35 is at the back of my head. Comparable to Kappa's similar model. Asked at Toh Guan Kappa retailing at 500+.

Kappa is the sister company of Givi, they share the same/similiar design, lock mechanism & racking system.

 

on the contrary, yea, it does seems like K33 frm kappa...
