Haiz anyways, the thing is this, i smoked at the kopitiam, but extinguished it and a stranger was still smoking. They approach stranger and look at me, asked me to give particulars also. I gave them my license, and they issue summon immediately.

 

Argue with them, they say once they showed pass have to issue summon. Once issue summon cannot take back. wtf?? what if i have legit grounds for argument?

 

Nvm, ask for supervisor number, they called and talk to him instead, all in all about 15 mins. Stranger left without providing any particulars. CCB! that means only i kenna.

 

They told me even if i smoked, its the shopkeeper's fault. Of course i said yeah, is his fault. No sign to say no smoking, table was far away from other tables, in fact, the only table away from all the rest seperated by a wall. Drinks uncle did not tell me there cannot smoke and all.

 

But they fined me too. What about the person who smoked in front of them? Who was still smoking when they approached while i have extinguished mine few minutes ago?

 

Fact of the matter is, these people will approach you immediately once you light a cigarette in a non designated area, throw a cigarette butt, littering etc. But when they were at my side, my hand is empty, not even holding a lit cigarette.

 

So to say, i should not have provided my particulars right? They didnt even show me their warrant they showed the stranger!

 

i am being penalised for being a cooperative citizen now eh? kinda pissed off with this flaw.

 

Who ask you to just give your ID without asking for a reason?

 

Even if a damned cop asks me for my ID, I'll ask him to justify why first. If he refuses and threatens or raises his voice at me, I'll simply shoot him back and ask for his ID and tell him I'm gonna file a complaint against him.

But, when they approached me, i got nothing on my hand, cigs and lighters on the table plus no smoke comin out of my mouth or nose whereas the other person looked at their name card and was still smoking. The person was slow in providing details so i provided mine first, handed over license with no cigs in hand. They issue summon immediately upon receiving my ID. But i not happy. So i questioned them, etc etc ask for supervisor number.

 

Then they go one side call him instead. By the time they were done the other person had simply walked off.

That's only true if you refuse to provide your ID. The key here is to ask for the reason why they want your ID, before giving your ID. With the P.R. mode the cops are in these days, they would. And if they're rude or don't give you a satisfactory reason, ask for their name and rank and ID. You HAVE a right to ask to see their warrant card you know. I've even asked for one and in front of him, wrote down his particulars on a piece of paper.

 

Now cops aside... you think one of these NEA jokers could apprehend you if you asked for a reason and got a bogus one and rejected it?

There are only a few Project Big in SG and now like EVERY SALES IS PB1..... Wa lans.... Machiam like no Vtec means its PB1 like that. Then PB1 is not rare anymore. sians.... out of breath liao.

Mr A not happy wif Mr B, n bad mouthed Mr B to other ppl, telling them his salary n rank is much higher than Mr B n Mr B should listen to him. now everybody noes hw much Mr A is earning, n .........

Also, so what if you earn that much? Unless of course you're paying/financially supporting the person you're flaming or arguing with. That inclusion of how much you earn really makes no sense other than to sooth your own ego by finding some kind of high ground to stand on. hahaha.....
